| Based on morphological studies, 70 character transformation series of 5 species of Cotesia flavipes complex (as ingroup) and 1 species of Microplitis and Dilolcogaster (as outgroup) respectively , 67 character transformation series of 5 species of Cotesia flavipes complex (as ingroup) and 3 species of the same genera (outgroup) were selected respectively for cladistic analysis with PHYILP software based on the method of cladograms in an attempt to assess the phylogenetic relationships among the Cotesia flavipes complex. The results of phylogenetic cladogram indicated that C.flavipes complex is a momophyletic group and that C.chilonis and C.sesamiae are more closely related, C.chiloluteelli and C.hanshouensis are more closely related, too. C.flavipes is a species to be independed upon above 4 species. In conclution, we do whatever the relative genus as outgroup or the relative species as outgroup, the results can correctly reflect the relationships among the species of Cotesia flavipes complex.On the other hand, through feeding the Larva of Pieris rapae and its parasitic nature enemies-Cotesia glomerata ( L. ) indoor.We studied the bionomic of Cotesia glomerata.Results show that Cotesia glomerata occurs 4 generations a year in the area of Changsha ,the time is from late April to mid July.Four peaks of the Larva of Pieris rapae by Cotesia glomerata were served,early May,early June,late June and early July respectively.The parasitization rate ranged from 18.48%~27.89%.The total development time from egg to adult ranged from 13.5 days at 29.4℃ to 16.2 days at 20.3℃.Cotesia glomerata seldom parasitzed 4th,5th instar larvae,and not parasitzed lth,but preferred second instar larve.honey solution can lengthen the adult longevith apparently. |
