The Study On Eucommia Powder Resisting Disease And Urging Growth Of The Carassius Auratus Var. Pengze

Carassius auratus var. Pengze were used for examining the effects of Eucommia extract, Zinc Bacitracin and colistin as a feed additive on their performance. Determine the Eucommia extract to restraining the fungus , sterilization resuLt outside the body of ten kinds of common pathogenic bacteria at first . Six hundred and thirty Carassius auratus var. Pengze were randomly individed into 7 groups. In this 7 groups, the one is control, the group â…  , group â…¡, groupâ…¢, groupâ…£, group â…¤, groupâ…¥ are supplied with 500mg/kg Eucommia extract, 1000mg/kg Eucommia extract, 1500 mg/kg Eucommia extract, 2000mg/kg Eucommia extract, 45mg/kg Bacitraeia zinc and 20 mg/kg colistin . At the end of the 90-day feeding trial, the non- pecuLiar immunity of the Carassius auratus var. Pengze (NBT positive cell's quantity , lysozyme activity, antibiotic activity), pecuLiar immunity (Agglutinating antiboby tiers, the PHagocyte activity of the blood leucocytes , Bactericidal index of the blood leucocytes, relative percent survival after immunity challenged), relative growth speed and survival rate were measured,,The resuLts indicated that The Eucommia extract has bacteriostasis in various degree on the pathogenic bacteria studied, especially immobile- bacillus, its restraining-fungus-density is only 2 mg/mL. Except Myxococcus piscicola, sp nov G4 and Aeromonaspunctata FuruncuLe, the rest have certain sterilization function . A. hydropHila W9703 have the most strong sterilization function among them, and its sterilization density is 8 mg/mL in medicine.Raised for 10 days, NBT positive cell' s quantity , lysozyme activity, antibiotic activity begin to rise, and reach supreme value in the 15d. Although some drop in the 30d, they are not remarkable change compare with 15d (P> 0. 05). At the three stages, group III are notably higher than blank group (P<0. 05) in NBT positive cell' s quantity, lysozyme activity, antibiotic activity. Among eucommia four group, with additive increase of quantity, Eucommia extract, its NBT positive cell' s quantity , lysozyme activity, antibiotic activity have trend of rising gradually, but after exceeding certain dosage (1500mg/kg ), its resuLt is reduced instead, and the best percentage of the adition is 1000mg/kg-1500mg/kgoEucommia powder, and Zinc Bacitracin can improve the Agglutinating antiboby...
