Primary Studies On Values Of Blood Physiology, Biochemistry And Hemorheologic Speciality Of Leiocassis Longirostris

Haematological specimens of cultured Leiocassis longirostris were collected and measured from May ,2004 to March ,2005 seasonally;and haematological specimens of partly wild 2-year-old Leiocassis longirostris from Jialing River were measured too;especially, hemorheological parameters of Leiocassis longirostris in winter were measured. Then ,all the data was inputed into computer and statistical analysis was made with SPSS.From the parameters ,in the spring,summer,autumn and winter ,red blood cells (RBC) were:♀, 2.01×10¹²/L, 1.20×10¹²/L, 2.30×10¹²/L, 1.50×10¹²/L and ♂, 1.75×10¹²/L, 1.08×10¹²/L, 2.2×10¹²/L, 1.18×10¹²/L; haemoglobin(Hb) contents were : ♀, 69.8 g/L, (/) , 59.0 g/L, 45.8 g/L and ♂52.8 g/L, (/) , 57.5 g/L å’Œ 54.1 g/L; HCT contents were : ♀, 36.8%, 25.2%, 33.3%, 22.6% and ♂, 23.2%, 22.7%, 32.5%, 25.6%; Alamine aminotransferase (ALT)contents were: ♀, 14.0 u/L, 30.2 u/L, 35.2 u/L, 13.8 u/L and ♂, 20.7 u/L, 24.8 u/L, 20.5 u/L, 11.8u/L; Alkaline phoshpatase(ALP) contents were: ♀, 220.1 u/L, 113.8 u/L , 115.8 u/L, 162.9 u/L and ♂, 171.7 u/L, 123.8 u/L, 128.9 u/L , 150.9 u/L; Glucose concentrations were: ♀, 1.8 mmol/L, 1.2mmol/L, 2.5 mmol/L, l.0mmol/L and ♂, 1.2mmol/L, 1.1 mmol/L, 1.9mmol/L, 1.1 mmol/L; Cholesterol concentrations were: ♀, 6.2 mmol/L, 5.4 mmol/L, 4.3 mmol/L å’Œ 4.7mmol/L 及♂, 6.1 mmol/L, 4.7 mmol/L, 3.9 mmol/L å’Œ 5.2 mmol/L; Triglyceride concentrations were: ♀,0.55,3.52,4.3 å’Œ 1.98 mmol/L及♂, 0.67 mmol/L,3.47 mmol/L,2.34 mmol/L, 2.3mmol/L; Total protein(TP) concentrations were: ♀, 49.8 g/L, 37.6 g/L, 35.8 g/L, 51.8g/L and ♂, 40.6 g/L, 39.8 g/L, 34.8 g/L, 49.9g/L; Albumin(ALB) concentrations were: ♀, 15.2 g/L, 11.6g/L, 14.1g/L, 9.3g/L and ♂, 12.7g/L, 12.3g/L, 12.1g/L, 9.5g/L; Globin(GLB )concentrations were: ♀, 34.5 g/L, 26.0 g/L, 21.8 g/L, 42.6 g/L and　♂, 27.8 g/L, 27.5 g/L, 22.7 g/L, 40.4 g/L; Serum chlorin concentrations were: ♀, 108.4 mmol/L, 105.8 mmol/L, 187.3 mmol/L, 87.4 mmol/L and ♂, 96.0 mmol/L, 101.3 mmol/L, 242.3 mmol/L, 103.5mmol/L; Serum calcium concentrations were: ♀, 2.5 mmol/L, 0.9 mmol/L, 2.1 mmol/L, 1.2 mmol/L and ♂, 1.5 mmol/L, 1.1 mmol/L, 1.8 mmol/L, 1.3mmol/L.From the wild 2-year-old Leiocassis longirostris specimens inautumn :...
