Influence On Qualities Of Frozen Sperm By Adding Trehalose Dihydrate To Frozen Diluent In Boar Goats

The semen of five matured Boer goats aged 3'4 were collected from frozen station of shanxi. The sperm quantity, motility frozen sperm,intact acrosome rate in different seasons were tested respectively; the effects of five diluent defined A.B.C.D.E.D on the qualities of Boer semen were studied and the ifluences on the qualities of frozen sperm by adding Trehalose dehydrate with seven different density to diluent B were also studied.The results showed that:sperm squantity. motility frozen sperm intact acrosome rate of Boer goats in autumn were highest ,which were 1.40ml, 35.5%,49.7% respectively and were significanty higher than those in the others.B diluent had the best effect on frozen sperm ,which was composed of sperm quantity ,motility frozen sperm, intact acrosome rate and so on in one year, can get following results : 4.361g Tris ;0.654g glucose ;1.6g sucrose ;1.972g citric acid ;0.040g Glutamic acid; 18ml egg yolk; 6ml glycerol; 10,0000 unit penicillin and streptomycin ;and 100ml distilled water.Motility after frozen, deforming rate intact acrosome rate, HOST, the rate of mating by adding Trehalose dehydrate 1.32g /100ml to diluent were higher than contrast group.It was refered that frozen sperm production of, Boer goats should be in autumn ;the diluent B was the best diluent adding Trehalose dehydrate to B diluent contributed to frozen sperm and the adequent density of Trehalose dehydrate which was added to B diluent was 1.32g/100ml.
