| Density, size and maturity of buckwheat seeds, temperature, radiation, ultra-violet light, GA, 6-BA , microelement were the dominant factors; Main study on sprout status, sprout ration, vigor index, plant height, yield, vitamin C, total flavonoids content and variation of correlated enzyme, in order to find out the correlated parameter that all factors affected the buckwheat, then we could guide the production. The results were shown as follows:1. Density, size and maturity of buckwheat seeds correlated with the vigor of the seeds. The vigor of the bigger seeds was higher; the vigor of brown seeds than green ones.2. Radiation could improve the yield of buckwheat; the highest yield was 102.15 g/plate.3. Temperature distance was avail of the improvement of total flavonoids content. The bigger was the temperature distance, the higher was total flavonoids.4. With microelement soaking the seeds could improve the yield and quality of buckwheat. The effect of the optimal concentration treatment of all kinds of elements was as follows: MnSO4 of 0.05% concentration could increase production 31.6 g/plate; the content of vitamin C increased 41.6 mg/100gFW; concentration of 0.1% could increase production 40.5 g/plate; the content of vitamin C could increase production 2.34 mg/100g, the content of flavonoids could increase 51.4 mg/100gFW; ZnSO4 of 0.05% concentration could increase production 53.7 g/plate, the content of Vitamin C could increase 2.17 mg/100g, the content of flavonoids increased 33.6/100gFW; CuSO4 of 0.0025% concentration could increase production 14.0 g/plate; the content of Vitamin C could increase 1.8 mg/100g; the content of flavonoids could increase 31.2 mg/100g FW.5. With GA soaking the seeds could improve the yield of buckwheat; GA of 30mg/l concentration could increase production 5.25g/plate. But the treatment affected Vitamin C and total flavonoids of buckwheat small. With 6-BA soaking the seeds had definite function, but was inconspicuous. Moreover, this treatment could improve Vitamin C and total flavonoids content, the treatment of 6-BA of 20 mg/L contraction was the most best, the content of flavonoids could increase 40.8 mg/100g FW.6. Ultra-violet radiation could restrain the growth of buckwheat, but ultra-violet was avail of improving the content of Vitamin C and flavonoids. The treatment of ten minutes of ultra-violet radiation was the best, Vitamin C could increase 3.43 mg/100g, the content of flavonoids could increase 12.8 mg/100g FW. |
