Drought is one of the most serious obstacles for crop growth and development. Drought tolerance genetic research has been focused by world wide scientists. Bio-technology development supply a new theoretic and methodology to genetics research of drought tolerance breed. The QTL Analysis of Resist a Drought in Wheat with Sugar Content of Stem was studied in this dissertation. The chain figure was drawled with SSR and AFLP molecular marker technology. The QTL of drought tolerance by Stem Sugar Content at 15 day were analysis with the Interzone graphical construction method. The parents of the new genetic were a drought tolerance wheat breed called Hanxuan 10 and a normal breed, Lumai 14. The following conclusion might be got:1. In the tolerance to drought phenotype traits, parent Hanxuan 10 presents higher drought tolerance than Lumai 14. The statistic analysis show that they relatedness is highly significant, between which fit the genetic character of quantitative traits of drought tolerance and stem sugar content at 15 days after flowering, in both upland and irrigated field.2. Three QTLs were found related to tolerance to drought QTL distribute in chromosome 3A, 3D, 6A, by QTL analysis of Sugar concentration of wheat stem at 15 days after flowering. In which 6A had largest contribution, larger explained 24.90% variance of drought tolerance.3. Six putative QTL related to drought tolerance during sowing to tassel ling were located on chromosome ID, 2A, 2D, 3A, 3B and 6B respectively, the largest variance was at 6B -explained reached 36.38%.4. Through QTL analysis from sow to flowering.2 sites which are relative to drought tolerance are founded on chromosome IB, 3B, 6B separately. On chromosome ID, 2D, 4A, 4D, a QTL related to drought tolerance are appraised respectively, in which the largest variance was 4D-explained reached 41.32%.5. All QTL related to drought tolerance will be used to guide the experiment appraisal indexes.
