The trial was conducted to determine the effect of supplement vegetable phytase on performance and nutrient utilization and bone of chickens with corn-soybean meal based diets.Experiment 1 :Four hundreds and twenty chicks (two weeks old) were assigned to seven treatments, a 3 replicates of 20 chick for one treatment. Seven treatments were: A:control group , B:basal diets +5%wheat bran, C:basal diets+5% wheat bran+300FTU /Kg phytase, D:basal diets+10% wheat bran, E:basal diets +10%wheatbran+300FTU/Kg phytase,F:basal diets+15% wheat bran,G: basal diets+ 15% wheat bran+300FTU/Kg phytase. The results showed that bran and phytase could increase average daily gain (ADG) and improve average daily feed intake (ADFI) significantly (P<0.05). But it was not significant (P<0.05).for treatment B and C improving feed conversion ratiosExperiment 2: Forty two chicks (60-days-old) were assigned to seven treatments, 3 replicates of 2 chick for one treatment .Seven treatments were same as the experiment 1.The results showed that supplying wheat bran and phytase could improve nutrient digestibility significantly (P<0.05). The digestibility of protein ,Ca and P were low for the chickens without phytase treatment. C increased protein digestibility only 1.9% more than B(P>0.05). The diet with wheat bran and phytase improved Ca digestibility (P<0.05),except for the diets with 15%bran and 300FTU/Kg phytate.Experiment 3. eighty four chicks were assigned to seven treatments, 3 replicates of 2 chick for one treatment, which were slaughtered at the midial and end of Exp.1. The results showed that 1) The ALP serum reduced gradually when the diets had more and more bran and phytase. The ALP of serum at the age of 70d was lower than at the age of 42d .2) The ash of shankbone of layers fed with bran and phytase was improved significantly (P<0.05) . The Ca and P contents of shankbone at the age of 42d layers were also improved(P>0.05). The Ca and P content of phalange at the age of 42d layers improved significantly (P<0.05) except for treatment F and G .The P content at the age of 70d layers were improved significantly (P<0.05) .The content of ash was improved also. The length and extent of shankbone of layers were increased significantly (P<0.05). 3)Phytase activity of treatment b, c e, d, f, g increased significantly (P<0.05) at the pH=5.0.The phytase activity between c and e was only 5.27%. Phytase activity in chyme can analysis because the pH of chyme of small...
