Confronted with the domestic actuality of plant protection machine, In order to gain the appropriate type of plant protection machine for orchard and controlling locust, enlarge the machine application range. This thesis designed the Spinning Disk with Wind Impelling Nozzle and analyzed its characteristic by both theory analysis and experiment study. It has analyzed atomization principle and found out the relation between affecting factors and spray quality and figured out the mathematical relative equation between the main structure parameters and the rotate speed of wind. Moreover, it has researched the air current ejecting from nozzle of air pipe. The study will offer a theoretic basis for reaching and estimate the range of the air-assisted long range sprayer.In the part of theory research, The thesis put the emphasis on affecting factors on atomization, set up function of wind syntheses performance, function of the droplet movement and the function between range and the velocity of air current. The study will provide an important theoretic basis for the design of wind and choosing the structure parameters of wind.In phase of experiment, Though multi-variable orthogonal linear regressive test, studied the influence of vane angle, vane number, vane dimension on performance of wind and gained the function. This part study will provide a testing basis for the design of wind. And applying orthogonal polynomial regressive test, figured out the function between wind rotate-speed and rotate-speed of turbine. The thesis has gained the relation between rotate-speed of disk and volume. The thesis has also gained the function between air current velocity of air pipe and electromotor input rotate-speed by least-square method. Besides, basing on the experimental data, the thesis has also analyzed the effect of efflux and liquid atomization from the structure parameters of wind.
