A five-treatments contrastive experiment was designed to investigate the effect of adding lysine and sucrose in two protein levels on nursing performance of primiparous sows in lactating. Twenty healthy primiparous Yorkshire sows, which have the similar weight and birth days, were allotted to 5 treatments at random, and each treatment consisted of 4 sows. There were four lactating diet :16%CP+1%sucrose, 16%CP+0.2%lys, 18%CP+1%sucrose, 18%CP+0.2%lys and control diet. Lactating sows were fed in the same condition, and fed ad-libitum. The results was:1,When the protein level of primiparous sows in lactating was 16% and 18%, adding lysine enhanced the weaning litter weight 5.85% and 10.75%, increased the average weight 3.32% and 7.81%,improved the livability 2.5% than adding sucrose, but the diversity was not marked(P>0.05);2,When adding the sucrose and lysine in lactating diet of primiparous sows, 18% protein enhanced the weaning litter weight 8.55% and 13.85%, increased the average weight 5.49% and 10.07%,improved the livability 2.5% than 16% protein, but the diversity was not marked(P>0.05);3,In the two protein levels, adding sucrose and lysine were both not improved the feed intake of primiparous in lactating(P>0.05), but the forth group increased the protein and lysine intake of sows in lactating bally remarkable (P<0.01);4,Improving the protein and lysine intake, could decreased sows weight loss during lactating, and shorten weaned to mating intervel(P<0.05);5,Ameliorateing the primiparous lactating sows diet, could improve the produce performance of piglets and the beneficial result of pig factory(P<0.05).The results showed:l,The lactating sows diet in the pig factory could not meet the nutrition need of primiparous sows, and which affect the produce performance of piglets significantly. When promoting protein and lysine levels in lactating diet c. primiparous sows, could improve the produce performance of piglets and the beneficial result.2,Promoting the protein and lysine levels than stimulateing feed intake was more effective to improve the lactating performance of sows.
