In order to obtaining a rapid examination method of albendazole-resistance of nematode in goat, the relationship between in vitro test and in vivo was studied. The egg inhibiting hatch test recommended by WAAVP was used to examination of the IC50S on 5 goat farms. The results were that the values of IC50 0.06658 μg/ml,0.2021 μg/ml,0.2699 μ g/ml,0.2734 μg/ml,0.3596 μg/ml, respectively. Simultaneity, the faecal egg count reduction test recommended by WAAVP was used to examination of dosage of albendazole against the nematode disease of goat on the 5 farms. The results were 3mg/kg , 5mg/kg, 8mg/kg, 8mg/kg, 11mgAg, respectively, when the eggs in faecal were negative. The analysis of them showed that the their correlation was a straight linear and the formulation was Y=0.0339X - 0.0015. On the other hand, the investigation on albendazole-resistance for goat was carried out at 17 areas in Sichuan province. Faecal samples from Chengdu, Dongpo, Jiajiang, Shuangliu, Jintang, Hongya, the Da'an , Fushun , Zhongjiang ,Jianyang , Pengshan , Wusheng, Lezhi, Guang'an, Yuechi, Nanjiang and Bazhong areas were collected, respectively. Egg inhibiting hatch test was used to detect their IC50. The results were 0.02766 μg/ml, 0.0613 μg/ml, 0.09487 μg/ml, 0.0963 μg/ml, 0.1053 μg/ml,0.1070 μg/ml, 0.1246μg/ml, 0.1345 μg/ml, 0.1880μg/ml, 0.2019μg/ml, 0.2021μg/ml, 0.2188μg/ml, 0.2194μg/ml, 0.2286μg/ml, 0.3024μg/ml, 0.3596μg/ml and 0.3828 μg/ml in time, respectively. And then, the referenced dosages of albendazole were 0.86mg/kg, 1.85mg/kg, 2.84mg/kg, 2.89mg/kg, 3.14mg/kg, 3.20mg/kg, 3.72mg/kg, 4.01mg/kg, 5.59mg/kg, 5.96mg/kg, 6.01mg/kg, 6.50mg/kg, 6.52mg/kg, 6.79mg/kg, 8.96mg/kg,10.65mg/kg and 11.34mg/kg for treating the nematode disease of goat in the 17 areas, respectively, using the Y=0.0339X - 0.0015.
