In this research the IgG was isolated form the Bovine colostrums by the chromatography and salt fraction method, through this method we can quickly acquire the great quantities pure IgG, through examination IgG is pure enough for the next study. we apply the chemistry method to split to recover the IgG light chain and IgG heavy chain. we acquire a great deal of IgG-L, IgG-H. The molecular weight (M.W.) of purified protein is proved to 27.66KD and 55.67KD by SDS-PAGE. Rabbits were immunized with the concentrated protein solution and the Rabbit antiserum to IgG-L and IgG-H was obtained. Double diffusion shown the titre >1:16. The related application of the antiserum is in the research now.
