Studies On Effects Both On Rice Growth And Environment By Symbiosis Of Rice And Ducks

In order to verify the influence on the rice growth , the soil and the arthropod community under symbiosis of rice and ducks of different number , the rice variety of Zhong 9 You 288 and Jing Zhou hemp ducks were used as trail material, two trial levels was designed :4 ducks per 224 m~2, 6 ducks per 224 m~2 to conduct the research.Main findings as follows:1. The influence on paddy rice growth by symbiosis of rice and ducks with different numberTwo kinds of symbiosis of rice and ducks increase the effective tillering of rice, which effect is remarkable, and enhance the roots vigor of rice in earring period, which effect is extremely remarkable.The symbiosis of rice and 4 ducks increases the leaf area index of rice in the period of the development of young ear, which effect is remarkable and increases the specific leaf weight in heading stage, which effect is also remarkable. It suppresses the early ageing of rice in heading stage and the effect is remarkable; optimizes community structure in both the period of the development of young ear and heading stage; remarkably increase the length of paddy rice.Symbiosis of rice and 6 ducks increases the weight of the one stem of rice, which effect is remarkable; has negative effect on the community structure of rice in both the period of the development of young ear and heading stage, postpones the date of maturity ofrice, which effect is also remarkable; reduces both the weight of a thousand seeds and the maturing rate, which effect is remarkable,too.2. The influence on the soil by symbiosis of rice and ducks with different number Two kinds of the symbiosis of rice and ducks enhance the organic content of soiland the effect is remarkable; enhance the content of fast-acting potassium of soil,which effect is extremely remarkable. The symbiosis of rice and 6 ducks also remarkably enhance the content of alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen of the soil.3. The influence on the arthropod community by symbiosis of rice and ducks with different numberTwo kind of the symbiosis of rice and ducks increase the uniform of the arthropod community, and the effect of the symbiosis of rice and 4 ducks is better than the one with 6 ducks.From the findings as remarked above, it can be obtained that the symbiosis of rice and 4 ducks has advantageous influence on rice yield, while the one with 6 ducks has negative influence on paddy rice yield. The two kinds of symbiosis of rice and ducks optimize the ecological environment the of rice paddy.Both the findings and the conclusion as remarked above provide the scientific instruction and the theoretical support to the technology of symbiosis of rice and ducks which is being promoted in recent years.
