This article studied on the using of digital image analysis method to N status diagnosis and supplemental P to increasing phosphorous benefit aimed at the low utilization rate. This article mainly researched these content: (1) setting up experimental district of different N fertilizer level, taking colorful photos using digital camera of hat layer before shooting stage, obtaining information from the digital image. At the same time, collecting the sample of plant and soil, then measuring the SPAD readings, the soil content of NNO3-, plant content of total N, the content of chlorophyll, activity of NR and nitrate concentration of stalk basilar, analyzing the relativity of the digital index of image and the other six index. The digital index of image include the greenness intensity G, the ratio of greenness and redness intensity G/R, the ratio of greenness intensity and redness intensity G/L and greenness intensity G/(G+R+B). The feasibility can be proved by the relativity of the indexes that have been discussed. (2) Setting up experimental district of different P fertilizer level, investigate the effect of supplemental P through analyzing the yield and the p benefit. The experiment set up 5 treatments: Looking the whole fertilizer as 1, none fertilizer (CK), basic fertilized as 1 (P3), basic fertilized 1/3, supplemental fertilized 2/3 (1P2), basic fertilized 1/3, supplemental fertilized 1/3 (1P1) and supplemental fertilized 2/3 (P2).1. The result of N status diagnose through digital image method showed: The leaves color difference can be seen by eyes which taking by the digital camera.The analysis of general N status diagnose index showed: The 5 indexes except soil content of N-NO3- reached notable relativity level. Then G showed inverse relationships between general N status diagnose index and the other 3 digital indexes showed positive relationships. The best relativity is G/R.The analysis of increase production effect and N benefit of different treatment show: The best treatment is basic fertilized 150kg/hm2, supplemental fertilized 300kg/hm2. The yield of this treatment is 44.8kg/kg N.2. The result of supplemental fertilizer to increase the P benefit showed: the utilization of P mainly concentrated on the evening of the growth period and was very low at the prophase (only reached at 5%). So the treatment of 3P is the lowest P benefit treatment. But none basic fertilized treatment is also low P benefit treatment.Seeing from the excessive comparison of the yield of different treatment, the yield of 1P2 and 1P1 were higher than 3P.The fertilizer P absorbed rate showed: fertilization can quicken the absorption of P and the velocity ofP absorption reached the maxim at mature period.The comparison between |P] and ]P2 showed: the best fertilized project is [Pj.
