The Epidemiology And Drug Resistance Of Chicken Coccidiosis In Part Area Of Jilin Province

Twenty chicken farms and 43 specialized households in 4 area of Jilin Province were chosen in this experiment, The species and infection conditions in species chicken , market poultry and minority egg chicken of different breeding way were investigated. According to the detection of oocyst shape, size, the shortest time of forming spore, latent perioc, special pathological changes in parasitism location, infecting no coccidian chicken with separated occyst, synthetic detecting by latent period, parasitism location and pathogenicity.The results showed, the chicken coccidian exist widely in chicken farms in Jilin Province, and the polyinfection was frequent. 7 kinds of Eimeria spp were detected in this experiment, that is Eimeria.tenella > E.maxia, E.acernulina, E. necatrix, E.brunetti, E.praecox, E.mitis, the main pathogenic coccidian were Eimeria.tenella, E.maxia and E.acernulina.In this experiment, the drug resistance of the Eacervulina separated from Changchun and Siping to Robenidin, Clopidol, Diclazuril, Maduramicin, Amprolium, Salnomycin, Monensin and Halofuginone were detrmined with POAA, RLS, ROP and ACI. The results showed, E.acernulina separated from Changchun was sensitive to diclazuril and Maduramicin, it has low-grade drug resistance to Monensin, middle-grade drug resistance to Clopidolum and Halofuginone, high-grade drug resistance to Robenidine, Amprolium and Salnomycin. This indicated, in order to prevent and cure the chicken coccidian in Changchun, diclazuril . Maduramicin should be used firstly and Monensin reasonablly , Clopidolum and Halofuginone should be used carefully , Robenidine, Amprolium and Salnomycin are forbidden. E.acernulina separated from Siping was sensitive to diclazuril, it has middle-grade drug resistance to Maduramicin and Clopidolum,high-grade drug resistance to ClopidoluirK Monensin. Halofuginone ^ Amprolium and Salnomycin.This indicated,in order to prevent and cure the chicken coccidian in Siping, dicla;:uril. Maduramicin and Clopidolum should be used firstly and Clopidolum ^ Monensin? Halofuginone^ Amprolium and Salnomycin are forbidden.
