The experiment used 3X2 right cross design. Broiler infected with Eimeria maxima(E.maxima)was used to investigate the influence of production performance with different levels of methionine (Met).1. It can improve growth performenceof diet with Met and has significant difference between B1 and B2. It was no significant difference between 0. 8% Met and 0. 2% Met.2.On the process, the apparent metabolic rate of Met can increase.3. It can reduce the apparent presestence ratio of protein , crude fat , Nitrogen - free extract with inoculated oocyts. But it was no significant difference between uninoculated oocyts broiler with different Met. 0.8% Met can improve apparent presestence ratio of crude fat and dietary metabolizable energy.4. Met is no influence of blood suger and Plasma carotenoids of broiler without sporular oocyts. Met with inoculated with sporular oocyts can influence the blood sugar and reduce the level of Plasma carotenoids.5. It was no significant difference on Immune organic index among defferent level Met and inoculated sporular oocyts. The spleen index of inculated with sporular oocyts is higher than uninoculated sporular oocyts.6. it has significant influence on index of broiler' s stool with blood and pathological changes with defferent level of Met. 0.8% Met is higher than others.
