Studies On Technology Of Rapid Propagation By Tissue Culture And Effects Of Water Quality And Tempareture On Growth And Development Of Phalaenopsis

The subject of studies on technology of rapid propagation by tissue culture, the transplanting techniques of test tubeseedling of three new phalaenopsis hybrid and the influence of the environmental elements for the growing of phalaenopsis hybrid.The results was obtained as follows:1. We used "1/4MS+6-BA2mg/L+Coconut water10%+active carbon0.2%" as the nutrient medium. The upper axilla of pedicle which didn't flower was used as the out-planting. The speed of scion's germinating was fast and growing of the plant was also fast. The survival rate was high. The growing of bud was fast in the man-made climatic box with constant temperature (25℃/20℃),but the seedling was much stronger in the cultural room (20℃~25℃).2. The level of becoming to broum will be reduced after putting DTT10mg/L into the nutrient medium and cutting the out-planting ing the germfree water during the scion process.3. The best drawing materials time is after pollination of green legume 110 days. While legume is cultivated in aseptic condition. The best mutrient medium for induced is "Hyponex NO.1+Tryptone g/L+banana10%+active carbon0.2%"is used as the best nutrient medium for the quick propagation and planting of . And "G3+6-BA3.0mg/l+NAA0.2mg/lL+banana10%+active carbon0.2%"is used as the best nutrient medium for growing and "G3+6-BA2.0mg/l+banana10%+NAA0.4mg/L+activecarbon0.2%"taking root of tissue cultural seedling.4. It will have the best effect for test tube seedling's growing to close the bottle for seven days during outdoor exercising seedling. Bryophyte is the best transplanting substrate for phalaenopsis hybrid and it's growing.5. There is few difference to phalaenopsis hybrid's growing between using tap water and pure water. But using tap water can reduce the cost and improve the endurance of plant.6. It is the best to deal with seedling in 30 days in 25℃~18℃,12000~15000Lx in factory producing. It can move up one months to have flowers than during 25℃/20℃ situation. And it has more branches of flowers and more flowers.
