Effect Of Soybeans Oligosaccharides On Preformmance,Serum Biochemical Parameters And Cecum Microorgansim Of Broilers | | Posted on:2007-09-03 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z H Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2133360182487660 | Subject:Animal Nutrition and Feed Science | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | This experiment was conducted with Rose 308 broiler to study the effect of Soybeans Oligosaccharides(SBOS) on the production performance, blood biochemical indicator and the main microoganism of caecum.The purpose was to determine the optimal level of SBOS on the broiler and to explain the mechanism of its effects preliminarily.198 one day old Rose 308 birds were randomly assigned into 6 groups each with 3 replications.The control was provided basal diet,Treatments were basal diet added 0.08 % % 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.25% and 0.30%SBOS.The trail last 42 days,the production performance, slaughter index, blood biochemical indicator and the main microoganism of caecum were determined.The main results were showed as follows:(l)Rose 308 birds which supplemented with 0.25%SBOS decreased Daily Feed Intake(DFI)(P<0.05)and improved Feed Conversion Ratio(FCR)(P<0.05)compared to control group during entire trial period.At day 7, 14, 21 35and 42,0.25% SBOS decreased DFI by 3.19% (P<0.05), 8.00% (P<0.01), 3.11% (P<0.05),3.07%(P<0.01),5.92%(P<0.05)and 6.17%(P<0.05) respectively compared to control group,FCR of 0.25% SBOS group increased by 10.85%(P<0.05), 10.44%(P<0.05) , 4.27%(P>0.05) , 3.84%(P<0.05) , 7.62%(P<0.05)and 8.69%(P<0.05)respectively compared to control group.(2)Review from the slaughter index,0.20% SBOS supplemented is best. The slaughter rate, semi-rate and the whole-rate of 0.20% SBOS group increased by 0.97%(P>0.05) , 7.14%(P<0.05)and 4.23%(P>0.05)respectively compared to control group;Broilers supplemented with SBOS improved meat quality.The pH value of treatments increased,but for 0.25% SBOS group increased by 2.95%(P<0.05)compared to control group;the dietary SBOS did not affect the water-holding capacity of musculus (P>0.05).(3)The diets added with SBOS could increased the immunity function,0.25% SBOS group was the best.Weight of immunity organs(thymusN spleen and fabricius) increased by 20.05%(P<0.05), 39.77%(P<0.01)and 29.05%(P<0.05) compared to control group,Index of immunity organs(thymus, spleen and fabricius) increased by 6.60%(P>0.05)> 24.11%(P<0.05)and 14.59%(P<0.05) compared to control group.(4)The diets added with SBOS could increased the utilization rate of nutrient substance. 0.25% SBOS group was the best.The utilization rate of crude protein, calcium and phosphor increased by 4.78% (P<0.05) 4.64% (P<0.01) and 8.23% (P<0.05)compared to control group.(5) At the end of the trial ,activity of SOD of Rose 308 birds supplemented with SBOS respectively increased by 5.57%(P>0.05^ 7.95%(P>0.05)x 10.96%(P<0.05)^ 19.98%(P<0.01)and 18.23%(P<0.01);The dietary SBOS decreased the concentration of MDA (P>0.05).The diets added with SBOS could increased the blood sugar and total albumen (P>0.05)and decreased the BUN (P>0.05).The concentration of serum T3 respectively increased by 0.81%(P>0.05)> 8.09%(P<0.05^ 10.58%(P<0.05^ 13.69%(P<0.01) and 19.91%(P<0.01) compared to control group;the concentration of serum T4,but for the 0.30% SBOS group was lower than control group(P<0.05);It could increased the serum IgG All the experimental group respectively increased by 3.57%(P<0.05) > 5.49%(P<0.05) , 10.15%(P<0.01) , 11.66%(P<0.01)and 12.62%(P <0.01)compared to control group.(6) The dietary SBOS could respectively decreased the blood total cholesterol by 6.48%(P>0.05) ^ 10.01%(P>0.05) x 14.89%(P<0.05) ^ 15.17%(P<0.05) and 19.25%(P<0.05) compared to control group.Serum TG and LDL in treatment supplemented with SBOS decreased compared to control group,but no significant difference exist(P>0.05);HDL/LDL in the serum was higher than the control in 0.30% group(P<0.05).(7) Birds which supplemented with SBOS increased the availability bacterium of intestinal and decreased the deleterious bacterium of intestinal,0.20% SBOS group was the best.the concentration of Bifidobacterium and Lactorbacilus increased by 3.98%(P<0.01)and 8.05%(P<0.05)and that of E.coli of birds decreased by 4.14%(P <0.05)compared to control group in the cecum.(8) The dietary SBOS could respectively decreased the content of NH3 in dejecta of birds.All the experimental group respectively decreased by 9.33% (PO.05X 12% (PO.01 X 14.67% (P<0.0lX 17.33% (PO.01) and 18.67% (PO.01) compared to control group. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Soybeans Oligosaccharides, production performance, blood biochemical indicator, lipid metabolism, cholesterol microorganism | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
