Along with the development of science from the 19th century, many kinds ofpesticide and fertilizer emerged as the times require. This provided more food topeople. However, slathering pesticide and fertilizer beget soil harden, Soilerosion and acid-base in the soil unbalance, The fertilizer come together withherbicide in soil with groundwater and agricultural products, the quality ofAgricultural product descent. Furthermore, this bringing many other problems,such as deteriorating of global environment, lacking of source increasingly andlosing of variety of biology. The naissance of a sort of new-style agriculture isinevitable outcome. It not only can solve food requirement of increase peopleincreasingly, but also reduces the damage of entertainment. This is the PrecisionAgriculture (PA).The so-called Precision Agriculture is modern agriculture that bases onModern Space Information Technology, Biology Technology, Seed Engineering,Variable Rate Fertilization (VRF), Newly Irrigation Technology, Automatic Testand Control Technology and Machine Electricity Technology Etc. It is asynthetically system engineering. And it's the fundamentally approach toactualize low consumption , efficiently , high quality and environmentalprotection. It is the new trend of the world's agriculture, and it is also the bestchoice of China agriculture. Its mainly content includes Precision Soil TestingTechnology, Precision Seed Engineering, Variable Rate Fertilization, VariableRate Planting, Precision Irrigation Technology, Crop Dynamic MonitoringTechnology and Precision Harvest etc.Precision Harvest throughout Precision Agriculture system plays a vital role,it not only is the end of a cycle of work, but also is the beginning of the nextcycle. So it is very important for Precision Agriculture to do Precision Harvestmanagement and decision-making well. At present, China's Precision Harvest isnot very perfect. And many equipments also depend on import, these equipmentsis expensive, ordinary farmers can not afford, the mechanization of farming havea relatively high degree only a few areas. It is necessary to launch a nationwidedevelopment of Precision Agriculture. We must ensure that agricultural machinerydomestically, reducing the costs and universal application. The adoption offoreign advanced Precision Harvesting equipment (PF Advantage Yield MonitorSystem) simulation calibration and laboratory analysis , test accuracy ofequipment, sources of error analysis, and make improvements to China'sPrecision Agriculture. My ultimate goal is to do my best to promote the rapiddevelopment of Precision Agriculture and Precision Agriculture technologyequipment domestically.This paper elaborated and demonstrated according to the following aspects:1. The paper elaborated the conception and the development history ofprecision agriculture as well as domestic and international present developmentsituation of precision agriculture. We had got deep understanding of precisionagriculture, at the same time, we had also made clear the meaning and the researchdirection of this paper. This made good foundation for carrying out this papersmoothly.2. The paper had integrated PFA Yield Monitor System and AgGPS132system.The integrated system has realized autonomous difference. The paper hadintroduced the equipment connection and parameter install of GPS base station andambulatory station. The paper analyzed the format NMEA-0183 sentence andintroduced the most popular GGA sentence emphatically.3. Fully knew PFA yield inspection system, grasped its use method (includingthe installation, equipment debug and data collection of software and hardware).We designed a set of imitating test system of yield inspection system (including testplatform, speed control system as well as imitated GPS signal occur system). Andusing test-bed calibrated grain flow sensor and moisture sensor with corn,whiteand soybean as material.4. Error analysis. This paper analyzed the error that may arouse in labimitating test and correct them.5. Created yield map. Created yield map of the third land in the Thirteenthvillage Gongpeng town Yushu city by using the SMS yield map create software.And further analyzed this yield distribution figure to familiar with SMS system andgrasp its operation method.The innovation of this paper is: First, we had integrated PFA Yield MonitorSystem and AgGPS132system.And created yield map using the system. Secondly,as far as know, the research experiments for yield inspection system are almostfield experiments. However, laboratory imitated test in this paper is helpful toknow principle and the structure of this system and more helpful for thedevelopment of Chinese farm machinery.In the end, make some suggestion and viewpoint of precision agriculturemachinery:1. The equipment imported from foreign country has high efficiency. But itsprice is expensive. Its operation and maintenance is inconvenient. The most majorproblem is the obstacle of language. Therefore, in China, in the condition ofChinese agricultural machinery does not reach higher level and we still need toimport foreign machinery ,embedding Chinese operating system in importedequipment will bring more convenience to the use and development,2 .Combine with the national conditions of our country, develop the facilityand flexible of agriculture machinery. For example, the north department plain areaof our country is with vast expanse, suits with large-sized equipment. In the southarea of our country, land scatters and land plot is less, suits with small-sizedequipment.3. Precision Agriculture is a system, should be developed every aspect thencan play its biggest role.
