Northeast agro-pastoral ecotone located in the east of north china, it is the part of theagro-pastoral ecotone adjacence to Sanbei, eco-environment is extremely weak, and it is themost erratic district in China of agricultural productivity, and is also a high frequency landwith nature disaster of drought and sandstorm etc. Cultivated land is the essence of the soilresources, black soil is the most important cultivated soil in northeast of China, it is based onthe nature soil, evolve from cultivate, irrigation, fertilization and so on. But it is so severityproblem about agro-pastoral ecotone black soil degeneration, that the change of the plantationis the most important about the food supplies and soil productivity. In this paper, it mainly adopts an analytical method of contrast, with shelter belt and noshelter belt are research object, though field survey and soil fertility index analysis, discussJilin province Nong'an Fulongquan town mechanism fertility degeneration of chernozem. Thepaper selected nine main references of soil organic matter, available phosphorus, totalphosphorus, available nitrogen, total nitrogen, soil water, available kalium, salt influx, electricconductivity, and by combine with SPSS and EXCEL, the author analysis the change atdifferent condition as well as the law about soil degeneration at sampling plot, for us tounderstand the change condition of black soil, so that we can supply reference and theory tocontrol black soil's degenerationThe study is divided into a foreword totally, general situation of the study area, generalsituation at sampling plot and experiment design, the result and analysis , the conclusion anddiscussion. The paper analysis soil physical and chemical properties on shelter belt and noshelter belt by means of cluster analysis at the result and analysis. It is predicted that, first, thefiled with shelter belt have prevent the wind obviously, with the accretion of the distancebetween the shelter belt and the field, the soil degradation reduced in the first distance at acertain distance, beyond the ambit, the tendency of soil degradation is increased , the result isrelated to the range of the shelter belt. But no shelter belt field is basically no inclination asthe same as the shelter belt. Secondly, the soil sampling site of the shelter belt is better than noshelter soil sampling site.
