According to the characteristics of the different regional weeds in corn fields occurring and endangering in our country,on foundation of ample investigation in the present corn planting conditions, the habit of using herbicides and the present situation of corn herbicides, we have studied for bioactivitys of cyanzine, atrazine and the compositions of the two chemicals in different ratios, preparation combination, crop safety and application technique.1. In our Experiments, wheat seedlings without endosperm were used for biotest to determined the bioactivitys of cyanzine, atrazine and the compositions of the two chemicals in different ratios,. The results indicated that synergism was the most significant when the ratio of cyanzine to atrazine was 1:1, with a CTC of 180.3.2. The Nongru34# and Nongru603# were screened out of ten surfacants using the method of flow point and viscosity curve, and the dosages were determined accordingly.. Orthogonal design and analysis were used to optimize the formula. The effects on layered rate and suspensibility of Nongru500#>34#>Xanthan gum>603#. The major technical indexes have been determined.3. The safety of different concentrations of the mixture to corn in difference stages and the effects of different nutrition elements on alleviating the harm of the mixture to corn were studied on corns planted in pots. The results indicated that, the mixture was safe to corn when applied with covering soil surface before emergence, the resistance of corn to the mixture in 34 leaf period was the highest, the second and third were in 12 leaf period, 56 leaf period. Glucose, KH2PO4 and 1-naphthyl acetic acid could reduce the restrain of mixture to corn at different levels, with effects of glucose the best, KH2PO4 the second and 1-naphthyl acetic acid the third.4. The application technics of mixture of cyanazine and atrizine for both zero-tillage and tillage summer corn fields were studied in northern China. In tillage corn fields, when sprayed as soil occluded, the best spraying quantity of the mixture was 450675 kg/hm2, when sprayed after .corn emergence, the best spraying quantity was 450 675 kg/hm2 In zero-tillage fields, the best spraying quantity was 675 kg/hm2. The dosage was 900, 9001125 and 900g a.i/hm2 respectively. Under equal dosage,the weeds control efficacy in zero-tillage summer corn field was better than which in tillage field. While it was applied after corn emergence, there would be some negative influence on corn while spraying quantity was low and dosage was high.The product Has been applied for national invention patent and gotten the registration on spring corn and summer corn in our country, it got national development and reform committee project approving of financial aid " agriculture significant special—the industrialization demonstration project project of high technology" in 2004.and it was determined by the Henan province hall of science and technology for high technical product in 2005.
