In recent years, herbicides were applied widely. The resistance of weeds came into being, and become serious. The problem became one of the center questions for discussion in the international weeds research.Quizalofop-P-ethyl was widely used in the broad-leaved field as one of important toacetyl-coenzyme A carboxylas(eACCase) inhibitors. This paper studied the resistance of the peanut or soybean weeds from different regions, effect of different dose of tribenuron-methyl on growth of rice callus, different secuity and mechanism of various peanut variety against Quizalofop-P-ethyl , on the baise of study of the main plant herbicides metabolic enzyme glutathione-s-transferase (GST) and CAT,POD,SOD , for the sake of find the mechanism of resistance and tolerance . The results could be summarized as follows:1. The results of test in greenhouse showed that herbicide quizalofop- P-ethyl has prominent different effect on fresh weight ,plant length , security of different varieties peanuts at 30g.a.i./hm2 and 45 g.a.i./hm2 .Peanut(fenghua-3,luzi-101,luhua-11) had high secuirity,but Peanut(weihua-6,shannonghua-26,huayu-17,baishan) were susceptive. After treated by the 5% quizalofop-P-ethyl EC 45a.i.g·hm-2, the GST,CAT,POD,SOD activity of peanut(huayu-16,fenghua-3), the GST,CAT,POD activity of fenghua-3 was higher than huayu-16.But the SOD...
