In this study, BS210 was a temperature-sensitive genic male sterile line of winter wheat. It was a core female parent of two-line hybrid wheat. It was planted in Beijing (fertile environment) and Fuyang(sterile environment). The ears were gathered in three stages, which was from pistil and stamen primordium forming to connective tissue forming; form connective tissue forming to metaphase; from metaphase to uninucleate stage. Three anchored primers rich in GC and eight random primers were used in PCR. And according to mRNA differential display electrophoresis, differential cDNA fragments were chosen for Northern dot blot. Select longer than 200bp and nice peak map to blast. 18 bands were sequenced including 3 known genes fragments. The blast indicated that one of sequences was identical (92%) to the sequences of Triticum aestivum partial mRNA for receptor-like kinase with LRR repeats. Other gene fragments were identical (70% and 89%) to cell death suppressor protein lls1- maize and Triticum monococcum phosphatidylserine decarboxylasethe. Other 14 fragments were new sequences. The analysis of the candidate gene fragments supplied foundation to more reveal the development mechanism of temperature sensitive genic male sterile line of wheat. In this study, BS210 and BS366 are male sterile lines, which were female parents. At the same time male parents were 63 general varieties. We gained F1. Using mixograph, mixograph parameters were determined about parents and F1. As material to select a better method for early selection, whole wheat flour replaced flour. It was feasible. Breakdown and peak viscosity were analysed in parameters. We can find BS210 was higher GCA.
