Control The Ginseng Root Diseases With Trichoderma Preparation And Estimate The Dynamic Change Of Trichoderma Community In The Field

Ten strains of Trichoderma with potential antagonism to Cylindrocarpon destructans,Rhizoctonia solani, Phythphora cactorum had been studied in this text. And more experiments about biological characters, mechanisms, Trichoderma preparation, dynamic change of the community in Ginseng field, the control effect of Ginseng root diseases had been done. Experiments design and results as the following:1. Filtration of the Trichoderma with high antagonism to three Ginseng pathogens.Tv04-2 and Th3080 grew better than the others on two different culture media and high controlled three pathogens of ginseng root diseases. The grow rates of Tv04-2 on soil media and PDA media were 1.80±0.01,2.15±0.08cm·d^-1 while Th3080 were 1.63±0.02, 2.45±0.01cm·d^-1.The control rate of Tv04-2 to R. solani, C. destructan, P. cactorum were 76.25%,73.94%,99.54% respectively, while Th3080 to R. solani,C. destructan,P. cactorum were 67.28%,78.55%,96.19%.2. Studied the biological characters and the main mechanisms of Tv04-2 and Th3080.The two strains grew differently under three light conditions, eight pH, four fungicides at five concentrations. The two strains of Trichoderma under darkness grow better than that under the other light conditions. It showed linear relation between Th3080 and pH range at 4.5⁸.0. Relation equation is Y=—0.3707X+4.1432, R²=0.9141. There is no linear relation between Tv04-2 and pH. Tv04-2 has the most rapid growth rate when pH is 5.0. The two strains showed high sensitivity to three fungicides except JunChongJueBa. Tv04-2 was absolutly unsensitive to JunChongJueBa.Both Trichoderma strains could control R.solani by parasitism and antagonise three ginseng pathogens by producing some volatile matters. The matters produced by Th3080 restrained C. destructans most strongly and restrained P. cactorum the worst.3. Study on the preparation of Trichoderma and the save condition.Preparation technology flow was : slant seed—plane seed—liquid seed—solid ferment—drying—shatter—packing. The solid ferment culture was the same to two Trichodema strains. It was corn powder 40g, wheat power 10g, water 40%, FeSO₄·7H₂O10g/kg. The light condition was different. Tv04-2 was 24h light condition while Th3080 was 12h light and 12h darkness. Inoculation amount was 1ml 10⁸ spore suspension per gram solid culture.
