This paper researches the activity of PPO along with wet and dry soil condition, dissolvable oxygen, pH and temperature, The result shows that wet condition activity is higher than dry condition, full of oxygen higher than lack of oxygen, The range that PPO changes with pH is wide, but consider the subsistence of biology, middle is the best. The activity of PPO increases with temperature between 0~45℃, The activity lost high 45℃. Via researching properties of PPO, We can change some conditions of wet land by artificial, improve the deoxidization environment, wet and dry soil condition, dissolvable oxygen, pH and temperature can affect the activity of PPO, This can instruct our study scientifically.By upright and different layers sampling method ,We measure the total and available phosphor of Phragmites communis wet land, Phalaris arundinacea wet land, buckwheat wet land, empty land and shoal land. We can conclude sediment layer of wet land by Variation trend of total phosphors with different layer soil and plant affect to total phosphors. Available phosphors of different plant soil have especial distributed trend in comparison with total phosphors, This can relate to distribution of root of plant. Plant is the media of Eliminating Phosphors, considering the cover degree of plant , biology capacity and lifecycle , if we reap the plant every year, The activity of Eliminating Phosphors is Phalaris arundinacea Phragmites communis and buckwheat. Phalaris arundinacea is predominance plant because it is strongest among Phalaris arundinacea Phragmites communis and buckwheat of Eliminating Phosphors.Studying metal element of different layer soil of different plant, The result showed that wet soil possess homologous. Distribution of K and Na in different plant soil present difference and seasonal variety. Distribution of K and Na in Phalaris arundinacea wet land and Phragmites communis wet land have prominence difference, it can be relate to distribution of root. Spacial distribution of Cu, Zn, Te, Mn exist difference. The content is very low in 15-20, 20- 25,25-30cm, In 0-5 , 5-10, 10-15cm, metal element preset special distribution in different plant soil and different season. This instruct Ecological remediation and weeding out dirt scientifically.K is the prerequisite nutrition element, Via mensurating available K, The result showed that content of K is very low, We know why Phalaris arundinacea expand and...
