Aphrodisium faldermannii rufiventris Gressit belongs to the Coleoptera, Polyphaga, Chrysomeloidea, Cerambycidae, Cerambycinae, Aphrodisium Thomson.distribute in Fujian, Guangxi, Szechwan. The main host has the Castanopsis fabri Hance , Castanopsis eyrei Totch, etc. the broad-leaved brood tree. That insect mainly is to bore into the tree trunk or bore to harm back and forth in the phloem, bast, result in the transport of humidity and the nourishment material interruption, cause the whole stub brood tree death finally.Currently, the domestic and international research concerning Aphrodisium faldermannii rufiventris Gressitt report way only have Jiang Shu-nan etc.(1985) is in Chinese economic insect ambition 35 volume Coleoptera Cerambycidaes(3), to that insect of the morphological characteristic of adult made the description, and report the way it distribute in the Fujian, Guangxi and Sichuan. Wang Xiaoyan (2005) study on this insect, the study mainly include the following: the biology characteristic; the characteristics of damage; the space structure of the larvae; the law of taking place; integrated control; the bark feature, total sugar, soluble sugars contents with its the relation for endanger. Base on Wang Xiaoyan(2005)'s achievements, this study mensurated the contents of inclusions in phloem, xylem, foliage of Castanopsis fabri, C.eryei in different damage stages and A. gracilipes Hemsl as a resistent breed; and the rigidity in all sections of their dried timber, fresh timber. Analyzed the fiture of the varieties of contents of secondary metabolites (flavonids, tannin, phenolic compounds), nutriments (soluble sugar, total sugar) in different damage stages, the relations between rigidity and damage, and provided scientific basis for the selection of the resistent species and for the control. The results showed that:1. The contends of flavonids in foliage was far more than that in phloem, this was mainly because the foliage was the spot where the flavonids compounded and flavonids were sent to other tissues. So there was a close relation between the contents of flavonids in foliage and...
