The research had been carried out in college of horticulture science and engineering, Shandong Agricultural University from 2004 to 2006 with chunjie peach (Prunus persica cv.chunjie)under protected culture. The characteristics of translocation and distribution of 14C-assimilates in developing peach trees under protected culture were investigated by 14C tracing technique. The effects of different light environment in greenhouse on sugar accumulation and changes of sucrose-metabolizing enzyme activities were also studied. The main results were as follows:1,The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate appeared to be a double peak curves under different light environment in greenhouse. Compared to peach trees under natural light intensity environment in greenhouse, The net photosynthetic rate of peach trees grown under low light intensity environment was lower. The photosynthetic saturation and compensation points of peach trees under natural light intensity environment were lower than those under natural light environment, when the apparent quantum efficiency increased by 13%.2,Compared to peach trees under natural light environment in greenhouse, the biomass ratio of leaf, branch and trunk of peach trees grown under low light intensity environment was higher, but the biomass ratio of new shoot, coarse root, fine root and fruit was lower; The exportation rate of leaf of peach trees grown under low light intensity environment was decreased; the 14C-photosynthates distributed in fruit were lower drastically, but the 14C-photosynthates distributed in leaf, branch and trunk were higher, while those to new shoot, coarse root and fine root are lower. In different organs of peach, the competition of 14C-assimilates in fruit seemed to be little active, but the competition of leaves, new shoot and branch were more active ,while that of trunk, thick root and fine root were little active than CK.3,Compared to peach trees under natural light environment in greenhouse, The activity of AI at early stage of fruit development was higher and maintained in a higher level during mid and late stage of fruit development, while the activity of SS increased continuously from the beginning to the end of fruit development. But the activity of NI and SPS was...
