The immune suppression diseases mainly include MD, RE, CIA, AL, IBD, PRRS, PWMS in chickens and pigs. Moreover, NDV and AIV also cause immune suppression of body to some extend. In cultivation industry,the diseases of immune suppression often happen and result in the immune failure of vaccine.Immunopotentiating agent is a kind of immunological adjuvant that can improve the special reaction of body to antigens or microbes by the non-specificity channel. Since France Immunologist&Veterinarian Gaston Ramon discovered that the vaccine added others material can enhance the resistance of organism in 1925, the research of immunopotentiating agents had acquired great development in fields of medicine and veterinary medicine such as all kinds of cytokine, Bursin, thymic peptide and Tuftsin.Now all these cytokines have been used in clinical trial and have good effects.In order to control the occurrence and development of immune suppression diseases in poultry industry and look for high performance safe biotic activators that possess immunological enhancement,we use the research methods of cellular immunology to detect the immune regulation function of the extract from cecal tonsil and lymph glands.During the study,we discovered that the rate of lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 level of group is obviously higher than group (P<0.01),Data of A570 nm are higher than immune suppression group when the density of the extractive of cecal tonsil is from 1:103 to 1:104(P<0.01).That is to say,the extract of cecal tonsil can obviously enhance the level of immune suppression induced by all kinds of rejection capability factors at some level.
