Culture characteristics and biological characteristic of Sphaeropsis sapinea. effects of 9 toxic mushroom strains on Sphaeropsis sapinea growth, effects of toxin extracts of 9 toxic-strains on Sphaeropsis sapinea growth and spore germination were systemically studied by methods of forest pathology, mycology, organic chemistry and biochemicstry. The results show as follows:For Sphaeropsis sapinea growth, the optimum temperature is 25℃. the optimum pH is 5.5. the optimum carbon source is Glucose, the optimum nitrogen source is peptone. The spore germination rates is lower in the water than in the solution of 2%Glucose. in the solution of 2%Glucose all of the spore can germinate in 24h. The breath freely character has very little effect on spore germination.Except Amanita pachycolea and A, sp., other 7 strains of 9 toxic mushroom strains have growth-inhibiting effect on growth of Sphaeropsis sapinea. Lepiota eristata or L. clypeolaria and pathogen came into being antagonistic line when they were antagonistic culture. The inhibiting effects of A. viwsa and L clypeolaria are the best which the ralative inhibiting effect is 10.The inhibiting effects on pathogen mycelia growth of the toxin extract from culture liquid by ethyl acetate of Ramaria ephemewderma and L. cristata are 100%. the inhibiting rates of the n-butyl alcohol extraction of A. sp. and Clitocybe dealbata are exceed 75%.The spore germination-inhibiting rates of the ultrasonic extraction, the n-butyl alcohol extraction and the ethyl acetate extraction of Ramaria ephemewderma, and the ultrasonic extractions of A. virosa and L. vellereus, are all near or exceed 90%.
