Control technology of cucumber diseases and pests in plastic film greenhouses by smoking agents was studied in this research. Main conclusions are as follows:1. The experiments were about four sorts of common smoking agent of control diseases in the cucumber production under plastic film greenhouse. These smoking agent have good effectiveness of diseases control, and Chlorothalonil is the best one in control the peronosporales of cucumber, and the application of 90g Chlorothalonil smoking agent per 667m2 for four times and every eight days could get good effectiveness of peronosporales control.2. The experiments were about five sorts of common smoking agent of control pest in the cucumber production under plastic film greenhouse. These smoking agent have good effectiveness of pest control, and DDVP smoking agent is the best one in control the aphides, and the application of 70g DDVP smoking agent per 667m2 for once or two times could get good effectiveness of aphides control in the growing season.3. The study of physical synergism is based on the orthogonal design in which 3 factors (temperature, humidity and the dosage of DDVP smoking agent) with 5 levels were adopted. The results showed: Adjustment of temperature and humidity in plastic film greenhouses could reduce the dosage of DDVP smoking agent and increase the effectiveness of pest control. The application of 70g DDVP smoking agent per 667m~2 at 28~32℃ and the humidity of 55%~ 75% could get good effectiveness of pest control and the mortality of aphides could reach 96.88% or higher.4. Forty-one Plant-material pest killing smoking agents were experimented in this research and three of them were developed and their control effectiveness in plastic film cucumber greenhouses all exceeded 90.11 %. The application of Plant-material pest killing smoking agents two or three times in the whole growing season which could get good effectiveness of pest control.5. The contrast analyses among the 3 control methods such as normal control method (spraying DDVP), DDVP smoking agent method and plant-material smoking agents method showed: the DDVP residual in the cucumber was 0.253 mg/kg by using the normal control method, which exceeds the sanitation standard of vegetable safety (>0.2mg/kg);the DDVP residual was 0.143 mg/kg if using DDVP smoking agent method, and the DDVP residual was under the sanitation standard;however, by using plant-material pest-killing smoking agents, there were no DDVP residual in cucumbers. Clearly, the application of plant-material pest killing smoking agents can not only control the aphides, but also cause no pollution in the production, and consequently cucumber quality could be improved.
