Mikania micrantha is a perennial weed of Asteraceae originated from South America and Cente Anerica. It has invaded to Southeast Asia, Pacific region and South China. Because Mikania micrantha grows very fast and is hard to control, it had become one of the world's worst weeds. The scholars all over the world had analyzed the chemical components of volatile oil from Mikania micrantha and found that it had significant biological activities on insects and plant pathogenic bacteria. Some other scholars had still investigated the medicine value of Mikania micrantha, it had been used as the plant drug to cure ravage, malaria, cancer, cholera and so on in South America and Cente Anerica. Now, Mikania micrantha has serious territorial harm. To integrate prevention, cure and using of Mikania micrantha, the research isolated active ingredients from the root, stem, leaf of Mikania micrantha according to the guidance of bioactivity assaying. Purposes of this thesis are to research the active constituents of Mikania micrantha and establish the basis for exploring and utilizing it for the future, and find the potential to develop Mikania micrantha as natural new drug and plant protector. The root, stem and leaf of Mikania micrantha were extracted with EtOH, then isolated primarily with Petroleum ether, Ethyl acetate and EtOH, and the Ethyl acetate extracts had better facilitating activity to the growth of the seeds of Raphanus sativus and Brassica parachinensis. The ethyl acetate abstracts were isolated through 2 normal pressure silica gel pillar chromatographys under inspectability of bioactivity on inhibiting bacteria, and the F5 segment was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The main compounds were Cholesta-6, 22, 24-trine-4, 4-dimethyl, Stigmastan-3, 5, 22-trine, Stigmasta-5, 22-dien-3-ol, Stigmastan-3, 5-dien and Stigmasta-5, 22-dien-3-ol. At the same time, two mass spectrometer pictures...
