It is the hot issue of studies on hairy roots and using them to bio-synthesize useful metabolites in lately tens years, but the papers on hairy roots in tea plant is paucity at present. In this thesis, the conservation species, improving mediums, multiplication, growth regulation and bio-synthesizing theanine of hairy roots were studied more systemically. The result ware summarized as follows:1> In the experimentation, the callus were induced from hairy roots on 8 different mediums, and the rate of inducing callus on medium with B5 + NAA 0.5 mg/L + BA 1 mg/L was 100%. That callus which cultured on the medium with B5 + NAA 0.5 mg/L + BA 1 mg/L can be differenced hairy roots and those hairy roots enable to come into being easily strong suitability and difference ability neoplasm, which is better material for conservation species.2> Hairy roots can keep satisfactory growth condition on the amend 1/2MS-1 and amend 1/2MS-2 mediums; adding Al3+ to medium lonely hold the hairy roots from growing, but adding F" to medium with adding Al3+ can lessen Al3+ restraint; the hairy roots culturing by turns on the different medium or on fluid/sold medium can keep their feature of quick growth. In the culturing hairy roots process, the velocity of sway bed for 100r/min and the temperature for 25℃ was the best. When using the volume for 150 millimeters bottle to culture, the volume of fluid for 20-30 millimeters was the best.3>The hairy roots, which being raised on the same medium accrued weight increased laggardly in the0-20th day, quickly in 20-40th day, and later, increased laggardly again. In the experimentation, the better hairy root was selected for AG45, which grows fast and enable to keep their peculiarity easily.4> In the sing factor test of adding different Ethylamine hydrochloride content to medium, the theanine content of hairy roots on the medium no adding Ethylamine hydrochloride was the highest, for 37.853mg/g, and which on adding Ethylamine hydrochloride 10 mmol/L to medium was the lest. In the orthogonal test of adding Ethylamine hydrochloride, monosodium glutamate and IBA to medium, theanine content of hairy roots on the medium adding Ethylamine hydrochloride 20 mmol/L, monosodium glutamate 0 mmol/L, IBA 0.3 mg/L was the highest, for 44.08 mg/g.5> On adding Ethylamine hydrochloride to fluid mediums, the theanine content of hairy roots cultured on which was the highest at the 15th day, and would decrease in the late days.6> The amino acid content of hairy roots became changing after culturing on the mediums adding Ethylamine hydrochloride, and it was the positive relation between...
