The Design And Performance Test Research On The Fixed-bed Stalk Gasification System

Based on the extraordinarily rich cotton stalk and the actual state of the countryside in Xinjiang province, according to the results of element analysis, the industrial component of cotton stalk and the real gas consumption of the countryside residents,the paper designs a fixed-bed updraft stalk gasifier for the countryside residents. As the investment cost, the purifying effect and the operational convenience of gas-purifying system is the key to affect the application and popularity of stalk gasification system, the paper independently designs a two-grade filtrating gas-purifying equipment for saving the investment cost, improving the operational convenience and using the rich farming residual of the local countryside as scavenger.The paper improves the instructure of the gasification system through the research on the phenomena of stalk gasification experiments. It gains the combustable gas samples of different qualities through changing the rotational speed of the air blower, and quantitatively researchs the rule of the rotational speed influencing on the quality of the combustable gas by the use of the results of TCD(thermol conduction detection) on those combustable gas samples, so that it draws a conclusion that the quality of the combustable gas is better when the rotational speed of the air blower is between 350rpm and 450rpm.The paper analysises the reason why the hydrogen involved in all the combustable gas samples is extremely little according to the mechanism of gasification reaction, and draws another conclusion that the fixed-bed updraft gasifier can use the wet air as gasifying preparation for producing more hydrogen, what'more, the wet air as gasifying preparation can increase the quantity of carbon monoxide and hydrogen at the same time and the heat value of the combustable gas. So, the paper suggests that the fixed-bed updraft gasifier use the wet air as gasifying preparation.
