Study And Apply On Preparations Of 20% Berberine Chloride Suspension Concentrate

Suspension concentrate( SC )has become a newly developing pesticide formulation, which people favor due to its characteristics of efficacy, security, economy obviously superior to the traditional pesticide formulation. In this paper, bioactivity and application technique of a new botanic pesticide-berberine chloride suspension concentrate was studied. The results were as follows:1. The moist dispersing agent was screened with the flow point method and the HLB value method.2. The series preparations of 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate were successfully confected. Their processing craft was also determined.The directions for 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.1: 22g berberine hydrochloride + 1g polyacrylate sodium + 1g diatomite + 1g white carbon black + 1g Bentonite+ 0.5g CMC +15ml methyl alcohol+10ml acetonitrile +5ml glycol + 5ml No.1 emulsifier +water.The directions for 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.2: 22g berberine hydrochloride + 1g polyacrylate sodium + 1g diatomite + 1g white carbon black + 1g Bentonite+ 0.5g CMC +15ml methyl alcohol+10ml acetonitrile +5ml glycol + 5ml No.2 emulsifier +water.The directions for 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3: 22g berberine hydrochloride + 1g polyacrylate sodium + 1g white carbon black + 15ml methyl alcohol+lOml acetonitrile +5ml glycol + 5ml No.3 emulsifier +lml dipropylene glycol+0.5ml Penetrating agent.+hot water.Product is yellow liquid, and it can mix with water without oil-shape suspension.3. 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3 had high bioactivity.20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate to B. brassicae had better touch-kill activity. The death rate and emendation death rate of 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3 of 500 times was 92.5% and 91.89%,respectively,after treatment of 96h.The results of antifeed mensuration suggest that 20% berberine chloride suspension concentrate No.3 of 500 times had better antifeed activity to B. brassicae.
