Abstract:This paper chose the typical environmental climate area of Wujiang valley as the subject. Lime soil section samples were collected from different environmental models, and then the differences of lime soil enzyme activity and the corresponding correlation between the differences and the environmental factors were studied through field researches and laboratory analyses based on the fundamental principles, tries to restore for the karst mountainous area vegetation with the reconstruction as well as the preventing and controlling soil degeneration provides the scientific basis. Main conclusions were listed as the follows:(1) Lime soil enzyme activity was affected by soil pH value, organism content, and hygroscopic water content. Protease, invertase, and polyphenol oxidase were all presented maximal activity when pH value was neutral, and the activity increasing with increasing organism content; urease presented maximal activity in moderate organism content condition; catalase had stronger activity in mild alkaline condition, and the differences were neglectable in different organism content. All the other four enzymes' activities were increasing with increasing hygroscopic water content except catalase.(2) There were corresponding correlations between lime soil enzyme activity and soil chemical and physical properties. Urease activity was positive to soil clayey particle content, hygroscopic water content, and identical size particle(0.2~2mm) content, but negative to organism content. There were positive correlations or prominent positive correlations. between protease, invertase, polyphenol oxidase activity and the bigger soil particle (0.02~0.2mm)content, hygroscopic water content. Catalase activity had prominent positive correlation to sand content, and had certain positive correlation to soil clayey particle content; however, it had negative even prominent negative correlation to other lime soil chemical and physical properties.(3) All the other four enzymes' activity had layer differences except catalase. Invertase activity decreased rapidly as the increase of soil depth. Urease and...
