In the paper, studying on the drought-resistance of different Zizyphus jujuba with material of tissue culture seedlings, nutritional bowl seedlings and three years stool seedlings by water stress and soil drought stress. And stressing on tissue culture seedlings and nutritional bowl seedlings with different concentration's PEG. The results showed : leaves' number , tillering number, proline accumulation, solubility sugar content , protein content, activity of NR of the tissue culture seedlings increased at first ,then decreased with the aggravation of water stress, but they had different extent; The malondiald-ehyde (MDA) content , permeability of membrane , chlorophyll content , peroxidase (POD) activity of the propagation seedlings, they had the trend of decreasing at first ,then increasing ; The high of seedling had downtrend with different extent .The leaves' number of seedlings of test-tube root had the trend of at first increasing, then decreasing, finally increasing. The high of seedlings of test-tube root had downtrend and it restrained the growth of seedlings of test-tube root. The protein content, solubility sugar' content , permeability of membrane , MDA content , superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of the tissue culture seedlings had the significant rising trend . but CAT had the same trend with POD activity,nucleic acid content had downtrend ,and the drought stress hadn't induced new style of peroxidases. Light water stress was help for increasing of surviving rate.Under drought stress, new tip's growth rate of the potted Zizyphus jujuba was slow ,leaf area and number reduced, the length of tress and florescence shortened .The increasing rate of root increased at first ,then decreased .The bud number increased at first ,then decreased under same experiment with the change of time and under different experiment with same time ,and the peak was 20th,July .The blossoming rate and bud number had same trend .The stoma density increased at first ,then decreased, The length of stoma decreased at first ,then increased. The free water content and containing water of tissue decreased gradually .The chlorophyll content increased at first, then decreased, finally increased under the condition of resuming the water contentAt same experiment, the change of protein content were different in the leaves of different style of Zizyphus jujuba, solubility sugar' content showed the trend of increasing - decreasing -increasing(except Mu zao).After resuming the water content, solubility sugar' content resumed to be close to antitheses.
