Dissolved organic matter (DOM) is the matter which can through the Millipore filter (0.45um) and can be dissolved in water, acid or alkaline solution. These years, researchers had paid more attention on the water-solubility organic matter, not only it have more effect on transportation of metal, but also it can represent of the DOM in nature soil than the one dissolved in acid or alkaline solution. The DOM has important effects on environment behavior of pollutants. It could keep the organic compound such as pesticide and inorganic compound such as nutrient and heavy metal in soil by adsorption for long time.Zinc is the necessary nutrition element, and is one of the necessary test elements of heavy metal in environment test. The present research in china has only paid attention on the validity and little on the developments. It didn't have system theory. In my research, it wish to simulation the development of the chemical behavior of zinc by added DOM in purple soil, and offer some value information for the ecosystem and environment treatment. In this research, the incubation experiment in laboratory was used for studying the effect of two DOM (defined the DOM which extracted from straw as DOM1, and defined the DOM extracted from pig excrement as DOM2) with different concentration complexes with soil or zinc on the zinc fraction distribution, validity and adsorption. The main results were showed as following:(1)The DOM could evidently change the fraction distribution of ZnSO4 when it added in purple soil. In acid soil, it mainly convert the ZnSO4 to CAB-Zn and R2O3-Zn, and a little to OM-Zn and Res-Zn, but control the convert to EXC-Zn. The content of availability Zinc was decreased when applied DOM in acid purple soil; In alkaline soil, it mainly convert the ZnSO4 to EXC-Zn and OM-Zn, and a little to R2O3-Zn and CAB-Zn, but control the convert to Res-Zn. The content of availability Zinc was increased when applied DOM in alkaline soil.DOM decreased the quantity of EXC-Zn and increased other fraction in acid purple soil. The quantity of increase followed the order: CAB-Zn> R2O3-Zn > OM-Zn> Res-Zn. And the quantity in...
