In order to study in the eyes of dog carries on the supersonic phacoemulsification surgery and the synchronization implants intraocular lenses (IOL) to restore the situation , as well as the exploration the main point of nurses after supersonic phacoemulsification for the dogs, This experiment mainly divides into three experimental groups; Selected 30 dogs the age is 90 - 120 day, the body weight about 3 - 5kg, the corporeity is health and symmetrical, the eye does not have any disease and medical history hybrid, the male and female is half and half Each experimental group (about is half and half) with 15 eyes, each dog alone puts iron dog basket The animal grouping carries on according to complete randomness, tests the 1st group of canine eyes is control group, has not carried on supersonic emulsified the experimental dog eyes. Test 2 group of dog eyes is only to carry on the supersonic emulsified surgery eyes in the group. Test 3 group is to carry on the supersonic emulsified surgery and synchronous implants the intraocular lenses (IOL) in experimental dog eyes.All phacoemulsification and the synchronous implant the intraocular lenses to complete by the identical technique. The experiment divides into the pretesting time and the official time, the pretesting time is 14 days, the official time is 24 days. The experiment determines the content of aqueous humor free radical and the cell factor change after the surgery, as well as eye illness complication after surgery, for example: The anteroom accumulates the blood, the anteroom seeps out, the shallow anteroom production and the IOL front wall production.After operation , the examination tumor necrosis factor -a(TNF-a) cell factor and the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), the nitrogen monoxide (NO) content change experiment indicated that: (1) 6th days ,after the operation ,trier 2 group and trier 3 group , TNF-a content achieve to the maximum, trier 1 group and trier 2 groups, with trier 3 groups achieve difference very remarkable (P<0.01), tests 2 groups and trier 3 groups differences not to be remarkable (P>0.05). After the surgery 24 days, test 1 group and test 2 groups, test 3 groups differences not to be remarkable (P>0.05). (2)After the surgery 3 days, test 2 groups and test 3 group H2O2 content to achieve the maximum, test 1 group with to test 2 groups, to test 3 groups of difference heteropolarly remarkable (P<0.01), trier 2 groups with to test 3 groups of differences not to be remarkable (P>0.05). After the surgery 24th days, test 1 group with to test between 2 bodies groups the difference not remarkable (P>0.05), test 2 groups with to test between 3 groups to achieve the difference heteropolar is remarkable (P<0.01). (3) the NO content examination, tests 2 groups of surgeries to achieve the highest average value far 3th day, tests 3 groups achieve the highest average value in 6th day.
