In this research, the nanometer TiO2 solution was dispersed by the ultrasonic dispersion method, the dispersible effect of the TiO2 pellet contributed to the absorbency. Pouring the solution into veneer by filters with modern analysis technology analysis of Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Energy dispersive analysis of X-Ray (EDAX) and synthesis thermal analysis Instrument and so on, following parts were analyzed, which are relationship between time, absorbency of the TiO2 solution , distributed situation of the nanometer TiO2 pellet in the slice and the penetration effect and bonding mechanism. Studied the antibacterial mechanism through the antibacterial experiment . Result and analysis tests from all above experiments, following conclusion may be drawed :1st, with the orthogonal experiment, the sequence of affecting factors from strong to weak was: ultrasonic power > time > temperature. ultrasonic power influenced remarkably, the time influence was remarkable, the temperature influence was not remarkable. The technology condition that enabled nanometer TiO2 to achieve the best disperser effect was: Power 300W, time 10min, Temperature 20 ℃.2nd, the relationship between the absorbency and time was: Lays aside in 15 min, the nanometer TiO2 particle dispersion has extremely little reunited. Laying aside 40min, the absorbency reduced 0.012, the part of nanometer TiO2 particle started to reunite. Laying aside 60min, the drop scope of the absorbency increase, some nanometer pellet has the certain reunion. using TiO2 solution, its laying aside time had better not surpass 40min.3rd, Through the L934 orthogonal experiment, the result indicated that the sequence of affecting factors from strong to weak was: the filter times > the veneer section > thickness, the filter times influenced remarkably, the veneer section influence was remarkable, thickness influence was not remarkable. the best craft condition was: filters 5 times, the radial section veneer, thickness 0.3mm.4th, the analysis results of Scanning electron microscope (SEM) showed that: Nanometer TiO2 pellet in veneer surface distributed evenly. EDAX analysis indicated that: The nanometer TiO2 material has impregnated in veneer, the penetration was good. The analysis of the differential scanning calorimetry curve indicated that: Between the nanometer TiO2 pellet and veneer has the possibility of the physical or chemical joint.
