The residue of chlorpyrifos was one of the green barriers,the paper examined the dynamic degradation and final residue of chlorpyrifos on spinach and soil in field,after spraying 21 days, the rates of dissipation on spinach and soil were 90.7% and 73.45%,half lives were 6.1days and 12.6 days,at the same time had constructed the influence to its finally remnant by spraying different concentration and times,offered the theoretical foundation for the production of material of quick-frozen spinach.Also explored the different combinations of ultraviolet, ozone, hydrogen peroxide application in machining technology, Combined with the technical process, added into strong oxidant without residue in quick-frozen production, in order to achieve the goal of degraded the residue of chlorpyrifos, in order to through Japanese residue limit standards which was the mainly exports country of the frozen spinach, at the same time provided the reference about the residue of chlorpyrifos while gathering raw materials for the factory.We had proved chlorpyrifos under the recommendation use density,namely diluting 2000 times, spraying one time, 14 days after or diluting 3000 times,spraying two times,7 days after gathered the spinach,then through the blanching and dealed with the united application of ultraviolet, 5mg ? kg-1 ozone, 0.3ml ? L-1 hydrogen peroxide in 30 minutes, the results showed that can meet the requirement of 0.01 mg ? kg-1 of Japan by tested with gas chromatography.
