To give some basic theory of loquat field produce, based on the loquat seedlings sand test, this thesis expounds the effect of calcium on the growth of loquat seedlings, the content of calcium and Mg, the ultrastructure , active oxygen metabolism, nitrogen metabolism and some other physiological metabolism, and discusses the calcium thickness on the use of calcium fertilize in the produce of loquat. The results indicated:1. The concentration of Ca2+at 0.4 mmol.L-1 in the culture solution was more benefit to the growth of loquat seedlings, if the concentration was higher or lower than 0.4 mmol.L-1 , it would give some negative effects . with the treatment of Ca4 with 0.4 mmol.L"1 calcium concentration, the leaves grew more quickly , had not normal leaves, leaf area was bigger and increased faster than others , the stem was highest and the fresh weight and dry weight of aerial part was the biggest among all treatments. At the time of cultivating to 11th month , the treatment of Ca4's thick of stem was 6.92mm , it was 2.2 times to the treatment of CK; its biggest leaf area was 112.23cm2, as 1.8 times and 10.3 times as to the treatment of the CK and the Ca8 ; the stem grew to 17.89cm , it was 8.01cm higher than that at the first time, the extent of growth was 81.07% , but the CK handle was only 8. 67% , the extent of Ca8 handle was 56.36% .When the calcium concentration lower than 0.4 mmol.L-1 , the extent of stem growth was significantly correlated with the calcium concentration(The correlative coefficient was0.962 , ro.o5=0.950, r0.01=0.990) ; At the time of harvest ,the thick of stem was extremely significantly correlated with the calcium concentration (The correlative coefficient wasO. 996, r0.05=-. 950,r0.01=0.990); The fresh weight and dry weight of aerial part was significantly different to the Ca4 handle's fresh weight and dry weight ;but the correlation was not significant when the calcium concentration higher than the 0.4 mmol.L-1 .2. Comparing with other treatments, the loquat seedlings roots under the treatment of Ca2+at 0.4 mmol.L-1 growth better , with the biggest root volume(6.21ml) , the longest root length(21.5cm) , less root/shoot fresh weight ratio0.32(The root/shoot fresh weight ratio of the treatment of 1.6mmol.L-1was 0.43 which was the biggest), more white root .more side roots and beard roots, the root activity was most , the most heavy fresh weight and the dry weight(5.94g,2.83g) , when the calcium at 0.4 mmol.L-1 level. The root weight was extremely significantly correlated with the root volume (the correlative coefficient was 0.980 , r0.05=0.666 ,...
