This paper studied on the composing of organo-mineral complex and its organic carbon characteristic distributing of corn belt Phaeozem in SsngLiao plain, though the techno-psth of reserch and sampling, experimentation and chemical analyse. Base on study of the organo-mineral complex and black soil humus content in different types of soil section, we found the reason why different types of soil section have difference ability of holding water and fertility. And we hope this can give some academic gist on improve the soil productivity. Results shows that, composition characteristic of each group organo-mineral complex was by singnified and compared means of trigonometric coordinates, it told us G1 took up the mostly status in percentage. Total weight of comples was ocuupied about 50%, and its organic matter content was about 80%. It told us that the diameter under 10μm has special function on adsorbing soil fertility and humus, improving the structure of soil. The organic carbon content is G2 >G1 > G0, and the organic carbon content in G2 were 2.94 and 2.47 times to G0 and G1. This told us G2 has the strongest power on adsorption through the three groups complex. The content of dissociate Ha and Fa were higher than the content of combine Ha and Fa. The content of dissociate humus was higher than the content of combine humus. The types of humic acid of organo-mineral complex and total soil were almost Rp, and the others were Aand B, this result was according to same studies. And we can see that the method of return the plant to the soil can povent the organic carbon, and made the humus become newer than before.Analysis showed that organo-mineral complex content and its humus content were positively related to the content of soil fertilities, soil pH and CEC. And we could say they may token the soil fertilities, soil pH and CEC in some extent. The types of soil section has some influence on the organo-mineral complex and humus content. On G1 and (G1+G2) , the first group( I )>the second group(II)>the third group(III); on G2 was III>II> I ; on G0 was III >II> I , on (G0+G1+G2) was II> I >III . All groups of orgnic caebon content of organo-mineral complex had the same current: I > II >III. The humus content...
