Soybean yield was increased linearly with years of release. We measured some physiological index of semi-wild soybean, semi-cultivated soybean, cultivated soybean and soybean in different years, do some correlated ananlysis with yield, hope to have some contribution to breeding, cultivation and the evolution of soybean. The soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, peroxidase activity(POD), superoxidase dismutase activity(SOD), catalase activity(CAT), malondialdehyde content(MDA) and Nitrate Reductase Activity(NR) were studied. The results showed that: 1. Variety of some physiological index of semi-wild soybean, semi-cultivated soybean and cultivatedsoybean in different stages. The soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of cultivated soybean(JiLin58 and JiLin47) were increased from seedling stages to flowering stages, higher at flowering stages, lowest at seed-podding stage, heighten at the seed-filling stage. The tendency of semi-cultivated soybean(QingPi wild soybean and Cha wild soybean) was similar to the cultivated soybean(JiLin58 and JiLin47). The soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of semi-wild soybean(Gong504 and Gong505) were increased from seedling stage to seed-podding stage, lower at the seed-filling stage. At every stages, the soluble protein content of cultivated soybean was higher than the semi-cultivated soybean and semi-wild soybean. The activity of POD was increased during growth stages in the three types soybean. It was lowest at the seedling stage, and highest at the seed-filling stage. The POD activity of cultivated soybean(JiLin58 and JiLin47) was lower at the seedling stage, increased after that stage, obviously higher than the semi-wild soybean and semi-cultivated soybean at the flowering stage, seed-podding stage and seed-filling stage. The activity of SOD was decreased during the growth stage, highest at the seedling stage, lowest at the seed-filling stage. The SOD activity of cultivated soybean was obviously higher than the semi-cultivated soybean and semi-wild soybean. The CAT activity was increased from seedling stage to flowering stage, highest at the flowering stage, lowest at seed-filling stage. The MDA content of three types soybean was increased from seedling stage to seed-filling stage, lowest at the seedling stage, highest at the seed-filling stage. The MDA content of semi-wild soybean(Gong504 and Gong505) was obviously higher than cultivated soybean(JiLin58 and JiLin47). There were no obvious difference at...
