| This research aims at measuring the content of Betbetine hydrochlotide , Palmatin hydrochloride and Jatrorrhizine hydrochloride in the dry cortices of rutaccac plants as Phellodendron chinense Schneid and Phellodendron amurense Rupr. ,and then carrying out the fingerprint study by HPLC method for Phellodendron chinense Schneid and Phellodendron amurense Rupr. .All these samples from 19 different regions,most of them sampling on the spot while the rest few ones are from medicinal material mart. 16 of the samples are of ChuanHuangbo ,and the left 3 are GuanHuangbo for constrast.The ChuanHuangbo samples to be especially selected Yingjing country in Sichuan province. It be put up the content mensuration of efficacious component on the samples of diverse age, different individuals and the samples' different part.Specific result as follows:1. On study samples' extraction and separating, via filtration of dissimilar extracting menstruums and methods, we fix on CH3CN-0.1%H3PO-4 -SDS(50:50:0.1,v/v/w) as extracting menstruum and ultrasonic disposal for 40mins as extracting method.2. Quantitative and coinstantaneous measuring on Betbetine hydrochlotide , Palmatin hydrochloride and Jatrorrhizine hydrochloride from amboyna samples which are from diverse regions , via high performance liquid chromatography. ChuanHuaangbo's general content of alkaloid is between 31.9955 mg·g-1 and 86.5381mg·g-1,and the average figure is 46.6003 mg·g-1, which is 6.34 times of GuanHuangbo's averagecontent of alkaloid(7.5437 mg·g-1).The figure of ChuanHuangbo's content of Betbetine hydrochlotide which is got from Yingjing country in Sichuan , top to 86.5381 mg·g-1 and is the biggest among the figure got from other regions ; the content of Palmatin hydrochloride in ChuanHuangbo is between 0.0598 mg-g"1 and 1.1937 mg·g-1,and the average figure is 0.3063 mg·g-1 which of GuanHuangbo is 3.5141 mg-g'1.So the average content of Palmatin hydrochloride in GuanHuangbo is 11.47 times of that of ChuanHuangbo, ChuanHuangbo's Jatrorrhizine hydrochloride content is 0.1694-0.6367 mg·g-1 and the average figure is 0.3487 mg·g-1 while that of GuanHuangbo is 0.3276 mg·g-1,both of the quantity are little. |
