To comprehensively understand the growth and nitrogen utilization as well as regulation of no-tillage cast transplanting rice, field experiments were conducted to study the influence of tillage patterns and straw incorporation on plant growth and nitrogen utilization in rice, influence of tillage patterns and straw incorporation on some physiological characteristics and nutrient release in straw of rice, comparison of plant growth and nitrogen utilization of rice under different fertilization patterns between no-tillage and conventional tillage. 1 Influence of tillage patterns and straw incorporation on plant growth and nitrogen utilization in ricestraw incorporation was in favor of nitrogen accumulation and dry matter accumulation after heading, nitrogen transportation efficiency and grain yield were increased under straw incorporation. Moreover, straw incorporation were helpful for preventing leaves from becoming older, leaf area index was increased remarkably at ripening. No-tillage increased tillers after heading, nitrogen grain production efficiency and nitrogen agronomy efficiency could be greater, but no-tillage reduced nitrogen recovery efficiency. Grain yield was significant associated with nitrogen...
