Objective:By detecting the expression of GPC-1and CXCR7in both pancreatic cancer tissue andnormal pancreatic tissue, this study analyzes and discusses the expression of GPC-1andCXCR7in pancreatic cancer tissue and the correlation of the two indexes and the relationshipbetween their expression and the postoperative survival time.Methods:we collect52pancreatic cancer cases as experimental group and30normal pancreatictissue cases as control group in heilongjiang province hospital from June2006to June2013.Using the streptavidin peroxidase-method, we detect the expression of CXCR7and GPC-1.All cases were followed up by phone calls. Statistical analysis the results.Results:1. GPC-1: the positive rate of the expression was57.69%(30/52), there is no expression innormal pancreatic tissue, the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group(χ2=27.293, P <0.05). CXCR7: the positive rate of the expression was51.92%(27/52), thereis no expression in normal pancreatic tissue, the experimental group is significantly higher thanthe control group (χ2=23.224, P <0.05).2. he expression of GPC-1was positively correlationwith the expression of CXCR7(r=0.758, P <0.001).3. The positive expression rate of GPC-1in the pancreatic cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis is86.96%, and the absence of lymphnode metastasis of pancreatic cancer tissue is34.48%, the difference has statistically significant(χ2=14.470, P <0.05). The positive expression rate of CXCR7in the pancreatic cancer tissuewith lymph node metastasis is82.61%, and the absence of lymph node metastasis of pancreaticcancer tissue is27.59%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=14.034, P <0.05).4.The relationship between positive expression of GPC-1and CXCR7and the median survivaltime: GPC-1:Log Rank=0.086(P>0.05); CXCR7: Log Rank=0.006(P>0.05). Twoindicators have no statistical difference.with the postoperative survival time.Conclusion: 1. The positive expression of GPC-1and CXCR7in pancreatic cancer tissue weresignificantly higher than that in normal pancreatic tissue. It may suggest that the two indicatorsplay important roles.in the developing pancreatic cancer.2. The positive expressions of GPC-1and CXCR7were positively correlation betweeneach other, have the effect of synergy in the development of pancreatic cancer.3. The positive expressions of GPC-1and CXCR7in pancreatic cancer were related to thelymph node metastasis. It may suggest that the two indicators have effects in the process oflymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
