Objective: To test disparity and physical properties of antimicrobial RTV silicone denturesoft lining materials, silver-zirconium phosphate and Nano.Ag-TiO2nano-inorganicantimicrobial agent were added into the substance of silicone soft liner. To study the effect ofthe antibacterial agents and antibacterial on the mechanical function of soft denture liners. Methods: Silver-zirconium phosphate and Nano.Ag-TiO2were added to soft denture linersby a certain percentage. Experimental group silver-zirconium phosphate addition amount of2%,5%,10%, Nano.Ag-TiO2addition amount of1%,3%,5%, and set did not add any inorganicantibacterial agent (0%) of the control groups. Inverted microscope silver-zirconium phosphateand Nano.Ag-TiO2soft denture liners in the dispersion; respectively, through two kinds ofinorganic antibacterial agents added before and after the mechanical properties of soft dentureliners the bond strength, the tensile strength and the Shore-A hardness test of silver-zirconiumphosphate and Nano.Ag-TiO2the mechanical strength of soft denture liners; antibacterial rate byexperiments detect both types of antibacterial agent added to the soft denture liners, the amountof antimicrobial.Results:1. Inverted microscope showed that both silver-zirconium phosphate andNano.Ag-TiO2of antimicrobial agent in a certain range, both in the soft denture liners matrix toachieve better uniform dispersion, silver-zirconium phosphate and Nano.Ag-TiO2additionamount of5%and3%,both in the soft denture liners in the most uniform distribution.2.Silver-zirconium phosphate antimicrobial agent MIC of Candida albicans20mg/ml, MBC was40mg/ml; while the Nano.Ag-TiO2antibacterial agent for Candida albicans MIC of1.25mg/ml,MBC was5.00mg/ml.3. Silver-zirconium phosphate added mass ratio of2%,5%,10%, theantibacterial rate were82.35%、89.96%、95.24%,and0%group add a group there weresignificant differences(P<0.05);while the Nano.Ag-TiO2added mass ratio of1%,3%,5%,the antibacterial rates were85.23%、93.78%、98.26%, and0%added group also showed asignificant difference (P<0.05).When the silver-zirconium phosphate reached5%andNano.Ag-TiO2was3%,the two kinds antibacterial agent was no significantdifference.4.Electronic universal testing machine were tested silver-zirconium phosphate andNano.Ag-TiO2two kinds of different amounts of the antibacterial agent, and0%of the controlgroup added amount of the bond strength, the tensile strength and the Shore-A hardness changes. When the silver-zirconium phosphate and Nano.Ag-TiO2were respectively changed to5%and3%, the mechanical properties of soft denture liners is preferably integrated embodiment, higherthan0%add groups, and, Nano.Ag-TiO2added group was better than the mechanical propertiessilver-zirconium phosphate add group.Conclusion:1.Composite resin to which soft denture liners of the components silver-zirconium phosphate and Nano.Ag-TiO2the antimicrobial properties of albicans are Candida, and the antibacterial rate with increasing amount of antimicrobial agent added significantlyincreased.2. The soft denture liners mechanical properties of composite resins are added alongwith two kinds of antimicrobial mass ratio increases, and increased fist and thendecreased.3.When the silver-zirconium phosphate addition amount of5%of the antimicrobialagent, and Nano.Ag-TiO2added than3%, the soft denture liners has high mechanical propertiesobtained while a strong antibacterial properties, is obtained in this experiment two kinds ofantimicrobial agent in the soft denture liners optimal dosage.
