Objective:zirconia all ceramic restoration techniques based on zirconia as the underlyingmaterial, low temperature ceramics as the veneering porcelain teeth to repair technology. Theunderlying material zirconia all ceramic restorations (core porcelain) and veneering porcelainthickness will directly affect the overall effect of the restoration. The purpose of this study isthrough the use of advanced colourometry testing method, to study the effects of different coreporcelain and porcelain thickness on zirconia all ceramic restoration of color. Analysis using thethree point bending method effect of different core ceramic and veneering porcelain thicknesson zirconia all ceramic restoration of bending strength, so as to provide theoretical basis forclinical, the zirconia all ceramic restorations to achieve better effect of aesthetics and strength.Method:1.the use of high precision cutting machine will zirconia base ceramic material cuttingand sintered at high temperature sintering furnace. Make the size of20mm×10mm, thicknesswere rectangular core porcelain0.4mm,0.6mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm each6pieces, a totalof30films of different thickness, the zirconia core porcelain porcelain specimens were dividedinto5groups; and the surface of heap of different thickness (1.2mm,1.0mm,0.8mm,0.6mm,0.4mm) of the veneering porcelain, the specimen thickness up to1.6mm; the different thicknessof core porcelain veneered porcelain porcelain specimens were divided into5groups. Make thesize of20mm×10mm, thickness of rectangular core porcelain0.4mm specimen30,respectively, to build different thickness (0.4mm,0.6mm,0.8mm,1.0mm,1.2mm) of theveneering porcelain, the porcelain thickness0.4mm core to build different thickness ofveneering porcelain porcelain specimens were divided into5groups. Using Computercolorimeter respectively measuring each porcelain test color parameter L*value, a*value andb*value, calculated color difference (△E). And collect data for statistical analysis.2.different thickness of porcelain on the core structure of different thickness of veneeringporcelain, and the total thickness of1.6mm ceramic specimens (different core ceramic andveneering porcelain thickness ratio) of three point bending test. The test sample porcelain specimens are placed on three point bend fixture, with0.5mm/min loading rate on the veneerporcelain applied load until the sample rupture. Record the maximum load of porcelain fracturetest of value (N), to calculate the bending strength, and the data were statistically analyzed.Result:1.with zirconium oxide porcelain try to increase the core porcelain thickness, L*valueand b*value increased significantly, while the a*values did not change significantly. Namely,the increase of specimen thickness, brightness, color to yellow, L*value had significantdifference between the groups was statistically significant and the value of b*(P<0.05).2.with zirconium oxide porcelain adding a veneering porcelain thickness, the value of L*decreases, a*value and b*value increased, L*value, a*And b*value had significant differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05).3.with zirconia ceramic specimens core ceramic and veneering porcelain thickness ratioincreases, the specimen increasing value of L*, a*and b*decreased, L*value had significantdifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4.with the porcelain layer thickness increases, the adjacent color difference△E betweenthe two groups showed a trend of decrease.5.with zirconia ceramic specimens core veneer porcelain thickness ratio increases, thebending strength is increased. In addition to the core of ceramic and veneering porcelainthickness ratio is between B3group and C3group, D3group and E3group, no significantdifference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), the other groups were significantly differentwith statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: zirconia all ceramic core porcelain and porcelain veneer thickness and theinteraction between them can have an impact on the restoration of color parameters of core andveneering porcelain, porcelain porcelain layer thickness increases, the color difference is small.The core of ceramic and veneering porcelain thickness ratio of zirconia all ceramic restorationstrength.
