Purpose:To analyze the related risk factors for retinal vein occlusion.Methods:1.Gathering the hospital and outpatient cases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming medical university hospital in June2012to April2014.2. Made a questionnaire, based on the actual situation to complete the investigation.3. Determine the diagnostic criteria, analyze all the testing results of cases、determine the case group patients with retinal vein occlusion and according the same methods to collecting and organizing data of the control group.4.Finishing all cases of complete medical history、physicalexamination and Ophthalmic testing, summarized the cause.5.All the cases for the statistical analysis of risk factors, draw the conclusion.Rusult:The case group,80cases of patients with retinal vein occlusion, the male patients:44、female patients:36, the sex ratio of1.22:1, central retinal vein occlusion and retinal branch vein occlusion respectively:46cases (male24, female22) and34cases (male20, female14), the sex ratio of1.35:1.Homocysteine, total cholesterol, body mass index is significant positive correlation relationship for attacking this disease, Homocysteine, total cholesterol, body mass index is higher, the more susceptibleAnd eye axis is significant negative correlation relationship for attacking this disease, namely the eye axis value is larger, the more difficult diseas (P<0.05) Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia is the risk factors of retinal vein occlusion (P<0.05).Other risk of factors such as:the history of diabetes and glaucoma、uric acid、triglyceride、high density lipoprotein cholesterol、low density lipoprotein、 apolipoprotein A1、 apolipoprotein B、 lipoprotein(a)、 corneal endothelial cell counts, not statistically significant(P>0.05).And the CRVO group compared with the BRVO group, all factors we considered that it was not statistically significant (P>0.05)Conclusion:Retinal vein occlusion is a retinal vascular lesions of complex etiology、 pathogenesis of unknown disease.1、 the result shows that Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia is the risk factors of retinal vein occlusion.2、Homocysteine、total cholesterol、axial lengths%body mass index is a very important risk factor.3、 This study found that the history of diabetes and glaucoma、 uric acid、triglyceride、 high density lipoprotein cholesterol、 low density lipoprotein、 apolipoprotein Al、 apolipoprotein B、 lipoprotein(a)、 corneal endothelial cell counts is not the risk of retinal vein occlusion. Purpose:To observe expression of heparanase in peripheral seruum blood of patients with retinal vein occlusion, and evaluate the relationship between heparanase expression and retinal vein occlusion.Methods:60cases with RVO patients and60patients with non RVO were divided into two groups:1. The case group:60case of patients with retinal vein occlusion (the group of A, CRVO:30case、the group of B, BRVO:30case).2. The control group:non RVO (60case). Diseases including:cataract, ocular trauma, rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.120peoples6ml peripheral blood was collected from the case group and the control group. Then through centrifuge separate serum blood and blood cells from peripheral blood.RT-PCR and ELISA experiment method of serum blood was detected in the expression of Heparanse and detection of heparanase enzyme activity between different groups.Rusult:In RVO group. CRVO group and BRVO group serum blood, the expression of heparanase, at mRNA levels increased3.12-flod.7.15-flod and1.15-flod compared with controls respectively, as quantified by RT-RNA, Statistically significant difference (P<0.05), And the CRVO group compared with the BRVO group significant statistical difference (P<0.05), the expression of heparanase in the CRVO group more than the BRVO group. At protein levels, the method of ELISA analysis, the RVO group and the control group were detected the expression of heparanase protein. The RVO. CRVO. BRVO group respectively increased3.24-flod.3.77-flod.3.36-flod compared with the control group that difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).And the CRVO group compared with the BRVO group is not statistically difference(P>0.05). Enzyme activity assay, the RVO group and the control group were detected the enzyme activity of heparanase. The RVO. CRVO. BRVO group respectively increased3.45-flod.3.66-flod.3.38-flod compared with the control group that difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). And the CRVO group compared with the BRVO group is not statistically difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:From the level of RNA. protein and heparanase enzyme activity was detected, retinal vein occlusion in patients with higher expression of peripheral serum blood Heparanse, andincreased expression of heparanse may be associated with progression of retinal vein occlusion.
