Toobserve the effect of clyster treatment, the two groups were separately be givenYunNanBaiYao Powder and Ruyijinhuang powder(production of beijing tong rentang limited company).The test group is given1g of Yunnan Baiyao Powder mixedwith warm water into100ml (40℃) while the control group is treated with mixtureof4g Ruyijinhuang powder and100ml of warm water (40℃).1time for3days,10times for a course of treatment (To observe the clinical curative effect treated every5times and10times).Observation on treatment of1courses. The two groups wereobserved the overall effect of score, clinical symptoms score, prostate digitalexamination and routine EPS examination score before and after the treatment, usingstatistical software to analysis the statistic results and get the conclusion.Result:1. The test group can be reduced in patients’ NIH-CPSI score (P<0.05) as wellas the control group can reduce the NIH-CPSI score (P<0.05). There was nosignificant difference to the extent of NIH-CPSI score change between the twogroups（P>0.05）.No significant difference in clinical outcomes was noted betweenthe groups.2. The total curative effect evaluation: The test group there were2cases cured,12cases markedly effective,4cases ineffective, the total efficiency was86.7%.While in the control group there was1cases cured,14cases markedly effective,12cases effective,3cases ineffective, the total efficiency was90%. Two groups of patients’symptoms were both improved. No significant differences between the totalcurative effect evaluation（P>0.05）of two groups，the clinical outcomes from the twogroups were almost the same.3. Symptoms curative effect evaluation: In the test group no case was cured,16cases markedly effective,12cases effective,2cases ineffective, the total efficiencywas93.3%. In the control group no case was cured,16cases markedly effective,11cases effective,3cases ineffective, the total efficiency was90%. Two groups ofpatients’ symptoms were both improved. No significant differences between thesymptoms curative effect evaluation (P>0.05) of two groups，the clinical outcomesfrom the two groups were almost the same.4. Prostate digital examination and evaluation of curative effect of conventional EPS examination: In the test group4cases were cured,14cases markedly effective,8cases effective,4cases ineffective, the total efficiency was86.7%. In the control group2cases were cured,14cases markedly effective,12cases effective,2cases ineffective, the total efficiency was93.3%. Patients’symptoms of two groups were both improved. No significant differences between the two groups of prostate digital examination and evaluation of curativeeffect of conventional EPS examination(P>0.05)，the clinical outcomes from the two groups were almost the same.Conclusion: Yunnan Baiyao Powder has the functions of promoting bloodcirculation to remove blood stasis and analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterialeffects. As confirmed by the observation through the clinical trials. Application ofYunnan Baiyao Powder retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic painsyndrome of stagnation of gas and blood stasis has good curative effect, cure rate ishigh, safe etc..
