Objective:Platelet distribution width and mean platelet volume is not only the most studied platelet parameters currently, but also are two important indicators of blood tests. Currently, with the lack of normal reference value of Platelet distribution width and mean platelet volume in different geographical environment in China and abroad, and this has seriously affected the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.Method:4725cases of normal PDW and MPV reference value of three age groups from10-80years old were collected in30different provinces, and the correlation analysis was used to find the correlation of the geographical factors and the PDW and MPV reference value of four age groups.According to their different ages were divided into3groups:Junior (10-17years old); youth and middle-aged group (18-59years old); older group (60-80years). Geographic information is drawn from the relevant geographical works and dictionaries and the China meteorological data Sharing service network. If environment factors of a particular area is obtained,the reference values of platelet parameters in this area can be calculated by using the forecast model and we also get the thematic map of the distribution of the platelet parameters values in different areas of china, the distribution condition of the platelet parameters values can be clearly reflected through the map.And the results and the methods of the thesis well are abundant to the contents of medical geography,clinical medical and exercise physiology.
